There was nothing so grand about the hotel in the tour vids that would make me think it was shot in Dubai. In fact it primarily looked like they were shot on a soundstage to me.

Maybe "how beautiful you are" was really filmed there, but they felt it would be too indulgent so they re-filmed it and added more meaning to it when she returned to japan. :P

Anyway, she is in fact writing/making (not sure if she's recorded yet...) more material, and she's doing it with Max Matsuura, which she hasn't done in a while.

The articles also seemed to specifically say she was doing a promotional video in the Middle East.

Apparentely not. She did twit that she made songs with him lately (and they didn't do it for a long time).
