Ninomiya Kazunari to star in “24Hour Television” drama special
It was revealed that Arashi member Ninomiya Kazunari will be starring in “Kuruma Isu de Boku wa Sora wo Tobu” which will air as a drama special on NTV’s annual charity telethon, “24Hour Television.“ Ninomiya will play a man who is confined to a wheelchair and can never walk on his own for the rest of his life. He was a delinquent since junior high school, and he became paralyzed on the lower half of his body after some trouble with a punk. Reportedly, Ninomiya dyed his hair to blond to match with the role. As announced previously, Arashi has been chosen as the main personality for this year’s “24Hour Television” which will mark the third time for them to be the main personality for the program. “24Hour Television 35 ‘Ai wa Chikyuu wo Sukuu’” will be broadcasted on August 25th ~ 26th. http://www.tokyohive.com/2012/05/nin...drama-special/ Nino doesn't dye his hair for the sake of dyeing it , I'm sure even he himself doesn't like his current hair colour :shrug |

Arashi’s Ohno Satoshi and Nara Yoshitomo collaborate to create “24Hour Television” T-Shirts
http://static.tokyohive.com/wp-conte...n_shirts-2.jpg On May 23rd, it was revealed that Arashi’s Ohno Satoshi (31) attended an announcement conference for this year’s “24Hour Television 35 ‘Ai wa Chikyuu wo Sukuu’” (to be held on August 25th to the 26th) and announced his collaboration with artist Nara Yoshitomo (52) to create the design for the program’s charity T-shirts. Regarding this big project, Ohno explained the T-shirt’s design with, “It’s simple. I think it would help build the future from the beginning.” On the back of the shirt, the theme for this year’s 24Hour Television, “Future”, is printed and is characterized by its bold strokes. Ohno, who wrote the character for “Future” in calligraphy, stated, “There was only one piece of paper left and I thought, ‘Let’s finalize it with this piece of paper’ and wrote the characters intuitively. I was happy with the final product. It’s great,” confidently speaking to the audience on the design. Arashi’s Sakurai Sho and Matsumoto Jun attend new CM press conference for KIRIN “Tanrei GREEN LABEL”

All the lines in the new commercial, titled “Ohitori Samaru”, end with “ru”. Regarding this challenge, Sakurai stated, “I could say ‘Camanberu’ (Camembert cheese) and ‘Meatobooru’ (Meatball) with ease, but it was surprisingly difficult to say California Rooru (California Roll),” sharing his experience after filming the endorsement. After the press conference, Sakurai continuously asked the press questions that end with “ru”, such as “Shashin toru?” (“Do you want to take a picture?”). In response, Matsumoto coolly stated, “Let’s go,” and left the press conference with Sakurai, causing everyone to laugh. In the overall DVD and music-DVD chart, popular Johnny's group, Arashi have topped both charts simultaneously with "ARASHI LIVE TOUR Beautiful World". Their total DVD sales now have reached 6.144 million, making them the only artist to have exceeded more than 6 million of DVD sales.
In 2nd place is Morning Musume with a total of 2.724 million of DVD sales. This is the 2nd best-selling music-DVD in the first week in history so far.
