I heard the 3 new songs on the aitaikute ima single. Sounds promising :) they should be the type of ballad by misia that will appeal to the general japanese public. Seems that she will be putting up a relatively strong resistance to namie's new album :yes

Aitakute Ima debuted at #9 today, a much better position than Ginga and hopefully it doesn't fall out of the Top 10 this week. I doubt Just Ballade will be competition for Namie, honestly. I think Namie will end up #1 and Just Ballade will probably end up at #2 or #3 (Like her last few studio albums as well)

Well with her recent sales, i think maintaining a first week sales in the 70k range (which is compariable to her last 2 album) would be a good enough sales for her, after taking into account the declining music industry. I would expect namie to easily sell 300k of her latest album within the 1st week :yes shouldn't be a problem for her :)

i'm quite sick with her album goes #2 or #3 weekly, cmon, she should have a better date and thus, better ranking

her albums are really promising, i really hope most of them get #1 in the first week

i love ASCENSION so much, the whole album has many genre of music. from jazz., dance, RnB/dance, ballade, and pop. such a perfect album. not to mention the packaging and its booklet is really really pretty :luv2 misia was walking on a forest

Rina's last album barely sold 10k first week, but since it is a greatest hits it's likely to sell more. Mano Erina should be no issue. Yusuke and Namie are both likely to outsell her, if singles are any indication of the success for Yusuke's album. My prediction is:

1. Namie: 300k
2. Yusuke: 150k
3. MISIA: 60k
4. Rina Aiuchi: 25k

But anyways, I LOVE the new single! I'm very impressed by her Ballade style and can't wait for her new album to be released! :)
