That's the chorus. And you're right, they sound pretty similar. Which is a good thing for me, because Shattered Glass is my favorite song of Circus. Except for Womanizer of course, that's like my favorite Britney song ever.

I love the Shattered Glass thing in HIAM :) I always found Shattered Glass too short.
There's an electro that is more edgy in HIAM and definietly not a sound frmo before. But the feel from the song is very classic Britney which I love. I love the beat too!

Hopefully the second single's...I I I Wanna Go...is also amazing :)

LOL I was trying to think of who the verses + bridge made me think of and that's exactly who. XD

The song's alright. Nowhere near Blackout era level (which I do consider her best) but better than Circus + 3 era stuff for sure. The dubstep and breakdown is what really saves the song for me because the melody and lyrics are pretty mediocre.

Not surprised it's already breaking records, not only because it's Britney but because while the sound may be so 2000's it's different from what 99% of pop radio is doing...

...until two years from now when all the late *****es start incorporating dubstep into their songs and Brit has already moved on to some next gen ****. :innocent

I'm not really feeling the song. haha The heavy beat is the only thing really drawing me in. It feels like a real grower though so who knows what my opinion will be after the video hits.

I haven't been a fan of Britney's music lately, but I heard "Hold It Against Me" on the radio yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised! I really like it. :)
