I hate it when ppl do that...
If they donīt want to share it they just shall keep quiet and not tell everyone "uhh I have the full version but I wonīt give it to you" or "Oh I have the full version but I donīt feel like sharing it, here is a fwe sec of it, so you can be more jelousy"

^^not even that is acceptable imo. If you have the track, you should share it. If it were the other way around, I'm sure you'd want someone who had a file you wanted to share as well.
