You have to select the first "月～金" this is what I did, and then select the program... I put JET STREEM or SCHOOL OF LOCK! then is your name, gender (I'm a girl so the second one) then I think they ask the year the song was/has been released, the title and a message:

wow someone needs to translate what CMJK said..

I brought it up a while ago and Misa read it and said only the first half before "tonikaku" relates to the album.

He just talks about how he remembers things about certain songs and stuff about a guest guitarist... nothing big.

After seeing the box, I'm glad I wasn't able to get one, because I would have to keep it as it is and not open it, which means having to get another version of the album that I could open and use. I prefer to have versions I can use rather than just keep.

The box doesn't pleased me.:shakehead

I though the special box will own itself another cover,without those transparent parts.

It actually,make me disappointed,and glad that i didn't preoder the special box...

They'll probably have some boxes at the concert hall... but maybe like 20-30 at the most, so you'll probably have to wait beforehand to get them, haha.
