it sounds like we're trying to make her feel bad. like, Japanese fans still want her all to themselves, and now the oversea fans are getting upset because we're not getting enough attention either. she's only one person, and she's working hard to please all of us. it's not like she's intentionally ignoring one side and favoring the other. :shrug
|
^that's why I just send her a long e-mail saying her how we are so grateful for her having twitter and how this means so much for us and that we don't want her to feel bad for anything. ^^
|
yea we know for sure she couldn't please everyone..she will never please anyone~
but at least, for "those" japanese fans pls stop saying that Ayu should stop talking to the foreign fans..that's hurt, it's like "those" japanese fans hate us T__T it's Ayu's freedom, on her own will to talk to anybody who she feels she wants to talk to.. so if Ayu talks in english in the replies to foreign fans, please Japanese fans also have to bare with it..just like us, when Ayu talked in Japanese which I don't really understand..I have to use google translate to know what she's talking about..where Japanese fans understand perfectly what she said, faster than me.. |
The woman is DELUGED with @replies, and for someone whose credo is "for the fans," she does her best to keep up.
The anglo-fans probably would feel less jaded about TA if there were A: a channel for English fan-mail or B: Ayu knew how to use hash tags and there formed #AWorldIsOne Community. I saw the AWorldIsOne unfold and I wish I knew about any communities before hand so I could have sent something. My adoration for her is limitless, and I would love to drop her a note I was more or less sure she got. @replies on Twitter are like sandcastles in the tide. |
^ There's a difference with her talking in Japanese on TA, and her speaking English on Twitter. Twitter is a free service. TA is something you have to pay for. We technically shouldn't be even reading messages from TA.
I can understand why the Japanese fans are upset, because they probably think that Ayu's going to indulge in these amazing messages and stuff like she does in TA. I doubt that will happen, but who knows. I also doubt she's going to make these huge, big announcements via Twitter. I'm sure TA is afraid Ayu is going to start using that instead of Twitter. We're all overreacting in the end... for the most part. Nobody really understands one another - we truly don't understand what TA is going through now that Ayu has a Twitter and is responding to a lot of people. From what I've heard, Ayu doesn't respond to TA messages. When she does, it's through her blog. She doesn't directly talk to any of the members. They don't understand what we're going through, now that we actually have a chance of talking to her in English. |
This is problem soooo childish
It's a like in family was one child and all attention to him/her only. But when second child was born first one thinks mom and dad loves second child much more. It's not that of course. Mom...khmmm...Ayumi loves us all equally :) |

Besides, we should focus our efforts on showing Ayu how much we want her to go international...we should also not respond to the japanese fans' negativity, and either show them love and try to unite with them, or ignore them. |
If we were in the same position as TA members, I'm sure we'd be just as upset as they are too right now.
And don't we have it better? Only one or a few people have to pay for a TA membership on AHS in order for ALL of us to get her messages. I'd say we have it better than TA members. |
We have it better than TA in the sense that she actually responds to our messages. And we don't have to pay to read the messages or see the pictures.
TA has it better in the sense that they actually get a chance to get tickets, they get goodies with CD releases, they usually get news first... |
in the end of the day, TA members and Japanese fans are much luckier than anyone of us.. well, it's FACT that Ayu is a Japanese, so that make Japanese fans/TA members are so lucky..and more special...
and now, we as the international fans, could only see her tweets once in a while in english.. and we couldn't even get exclusive stuff..we can't even go to Japan concerts as much as the Japanese fans want to..moreover Japan is very expensive for most of us..specially me...and now i only could depend on ASIA TOUR to watch Ayu's concert which we'll never exactly know when she will hold one... it's all unpredictable, as for Japan, it's predictable when Ayu will hold the concerts..it's held every single year~ oh well~~~ i don't know, i just feel sad that we have to be divided between THIS-fan and THAT-fan T___T |
how do we know some TA members are still complaining? The only thing I'm aware of is her reaction saying she won't post photos of herself. have I missed something?
|
They've been complaining to me. If you want, I can show you some of the messages I'm getting.
|
LOL whats wrong with Ayu tweeting in English, its meant to be better and so she can reach out to all her fans. Seriously the Japanese fans who are complaining..we can't understand Japanese which is like 90% of the tweeting..yes I'm just pulling no.s out from nowhere but seriously. Why so selfish? Unless of course she was tweeting her daily life and movements in full English THEN I see why you would be annoyed. But so far I don't think she's done so, its not like shes mastered the language yet anyway and the fact that she is trying to improve just a bit is commendable. It shouldn't be discouraged...
I'd like to think of twitter as being the Team Ayu blog for international fans to join in. |

Oh, you mean Ayu? She never responded to that one. haha
But if you mean what people said to me, in addition to me getting tons of followers (which I don't mind), I had people asking me if I knew her personally over and over and over, despite my Tweets saying the contrary. I've had TA members angrily asking stuff like "HOW DO YOU KNOW AYU?! I WANT TO KNOW!" I've even had people asking me to Tweet her to tell her to Tweet them. Like here, I've also had people telling me to stop Tweeting her to give everyone else a chance, but really, I'm Tweeting just as much as you guys are. I can't control who Ayu responds to. :( I learned over the course of today to just deal with it. |
^
I'm with you, tasking~~ see? tasking is the proof here.. to be asked to stop.. *sigh* be patient, tasking~ |
^
^ How can you tell that asking "HOW DO YOU KNOW AYU?! I WANT TO KNOW!" means they are angry at you? To me, it sounds they are just curious. Isn't it that not only japanese fans but also international fans are jealous of you? Looking at Jorge's tweets, I think he is doing very well with j-fans. Why can they be angry at you??? ;) |
I must say that i feel disappointed when i see that se hasn´t answered me , but she is a bussy woman, most of the international artists wouldn´t answer anyone, but she´s so kind with us, i will wait
|
I posted 3 messages but no answer..depressing

This was tweeted by Ayu 10 mins ago! :)
