I agree with this statement somewhat. As an album as a whole, Gomez's was definitely better to my preference.

But if you asked me to jam out to only one song from either album I'd pick "We Can't Stop" in a heartbeat.

So it's basically like, We Can't Stop > Stars Dance album > Bangerz album

the album's general music genre isn't the type I particularly like. the lead singles are good pop songs and the rest kinda fall into this weird Hip-Hop wannabe sound that puts me off. =/

I have to say I completely fell in love with this album: it's amazing. Everything is worked out in details, she changelled herself with this cd and the result is brilliant. Miley uses her voice a lot, in various ways, and I just had no idea she was this good. I'm in love. I'm going to buy Bangerz, like, this afternoon.

Anybody could have release Selena's album... It sounds as generic as it comes.

Well, they are very different sounding albums, so comparing them is a little odd. Selena's is a generic/safe club banger aimed at teens, whereas Miley's is a reinvention of her image. Selena did go for a bit more mature image, but Miley went with a completely different image than the one she's known for.

EDIT: I really wish Miley would keep her tongue in her mouth. Its really, really getting old.

Chart News: 'Bangerz' has sold ~800k worldwide by it's 4th week of release and ~420k in the US. This week it's sold ~30k in the US, bringing it's total to 450k. It should be certified gold in 1-2 weeks. Wrecking Ball sold 120k in the US this week, bring it's total sales to 2.3 million there.

I hate Future so much LOL! The song he did with Rihanna on her album really turned me off of him, I hate his voice.
