i kind of think it might be because we all went online immediately and started refreshing TA over and over, hahahahaha! i'm not sure how many international TA members there are though.

it took a few minutes, but it appeared.

AND, Ayu is the sweetest person ever. :yes

Love comes in many forms! :yes hahaha!

One thing I do wonder though...now that Ayu is posting English TA messages and many of us discuss this with her on Twitter, is it possible that she might not like us talking about them to her on there? I mean, if I tweet to Ayu "oh Papiko looks so comfy, i didn't wanna get out of bed today either!" then i basically just revealed the contents of the entry to everyone on Twitter. :headache

so i'm not sure what to do! what do you guys think?

Here's an idea: when posting TA messages (in separate threads), I advise you put them under spoilers, just in case our TA members want to see in TA site itself rather than here at AHS.

well, i don't know that anyone cares about that, but i think the real problem is that now people are sharing DIRECTLY ayu's words from TA. before there was a generally agreed upon rule that no one would post the direct Japanese text from a TA entry, but now that they're in English things are different.

for example, if you go to Google and search for "hey my lobely guys" you'll easily find several different places where TA entries are being directly posted. i don't know that we want AHS showing up in those searches honestly.

then again, i don't know that Ayu or Avex would go out searching for this sort of thing, or that they would do anything if they did, but Ayu might not like it either way. i wonder if things are posted behind spoilers if they will not show up in Google searches?

Hmm... I don't know if today's security are still vulnerable, especially when I'm not a TA member and my perspective is leaning more away from Ayu and towards other artists, particularly artists who need a bit of a boost...

SURREAL__RAINBOW 7th March 2011 02:23 AM

I think ayu doesn't want people posting the info from TA straight out of it, but I don't think she minds if people comment about her messages/photos through Twitter and other ways

Misa-chan 7th March 2011 04:39 AM

Hmm, in the past, with Japanese entries, I found that the TA members don't discuss what ayu wrote on TA directly on Twitter. Or even if they did, ayu probably chose not to reply to them so it won't show up. Since TA has a "send ayu a message" function, I think we should utilize it instead of going through Twitter. I guess that's what the Japanese do to tell ayu what they think about her TA entries. :yes

SURREAL__RAINBOW 7th March 2011 05:51 AM

Also, most of the time there isn't much to discuss about her TA messages, unless it is about a new release, or her marriage and stuff

And I'm so glad we can send her "private" messages through TA! I sent some in English I wonder if she saw them :)

Misa-chan 7th March 2011 10:57 AM

lol ayu just revealed her true birth name on Twitter!

濱崎 歩

It's still Hamasaki Ayumi, just with more archaic kanji. :)

AyUmIXx 7th March 2011 11:17 AM

so it's not Kurumi Hamasaki?

As far as I know, the kanji 歩 does not have any pronunciations that sound like kurumi...

Suteisi 7th March 2011 01:18 PM

I thought Kurumi was the nickname she gave herself when she started as a model in her younger years ?

whoa! That's so cool. For some reason, I never thought the kanji in her family name would be different from her professional name. I either thought her name was always 浜崎あゆみ or something completely different (like the "Kurumi" floating around)

Edit 2: has anyone else tried the link Ayu was using in that tweet? My results were kind of terrible lol.

aura~ 7th March 2011 02:02 PM

oh~ so the kanji for Hamasaki was also different??? interesting!!

It's funny... ZIN started using that Shinmaker/whatever, Ayu did and then all japanese fans xDD I also tried doing it xdd

Earth_maiden 7th March 2011 02:10 PM

^ can someone please explain what that shinmaker thing is??

ayuuk 7th March 2011 02:30 PM

^Yeah, I wonder what shinmaker is?!
