SM Entertainment announced today that the "All About Girls' Generation 'Paradise in Phuket' " DVD co-produced by SBS Contents Hub will be released at the end of June.

The DVD will contain a history of Girls' Generation from their beginning until now. On the DVD will be all of Girls' Generation's music videos along with unpublished Hoot member-specific music video versions, and behind-the-scenes videos of album jacket photo shoots and music video filming. The DVD spans 6 discs, will be 715 minutes long, will come with a mini photo album, and is expected to draw a hot reaction from fans. The girls' appearance on Kim Jungeun's Chocolate will also be included on the DVD.

Also, a Girls' Generation variety program called "Real Treasure", which was filmed in Phuket, will be included along with self video cam footage of the members enjoying Phuket. The girls also included messages to their family, friends, and fans. Another special included treat is a music video to the Girls' Generation song "Echo".

A Bluray version is also scheduled to be released in addition to the DVD, though the release date for the Bluray has yet to be announced.

omg the English. this version is even better than the original. I really want this to leak in HQ like the Genie demo did!

I'm completely floored and awed at everything that is being released in the All About Girls' Generation "Paradise in Phuket" set. I never expected all of this stuff to be included. It was well worth the wait and the price is awesome, especially considering that another photobook is included in addition to the DVDs. I also love how English subtitles are going to be included so it's going to be so much more enjoyable to understand everything they are saying. This is the ultimate set for any SONE! After buying two versions of their Japanese album, I'm so glad that this is going to be released on my birthday so someone else can buy this for me, lol. My mom said she's going to preorder it this week for me so I'm super excited!

The video is the EXACT same with the previously released Oh! dance/practice version! But in the previously released video, they changed the audio with the official Oh! while I'm sure the video itself was recorded with the demo version one. Just look here, I just realized that in this previously released video, some of the lip-synching didn't match the song..

Whoa I never realized it despite watching the vid thousand of times O__O;;

I do agree with you about straying so much from the original composition of a song to market it to a broader audience. Sometimes I like for the originals to be left as is for the most part, hence why I typically don't like remixes or listen to them. But it is interesting to hear different versions of a song because sometimes they turn out awesome. :)

Anyways, my mom preordered Girls' Generation - All About Girls' Generation "Paradise in Phuket" 6DVD + Photobook set last night for my birthday! I can't wait to get it! I didn't know about SNSD in the beginning of their career so to be able to experience seeing them in the early stages of the career is a real treat! :)
