Maybe not the blood though... is it cold or warm? I don't like it when my meat is bloody so I don't think I'd like drinking turtle blood :(

I think they drink it directly after the turtle is killed for the meal, at least that's what I remember from watching it being eaten. So it's whatever temperature the turtle is at the time which I imagine may not be that warm?
