Leslie Kee just thanked Ayu on IG for a birthday present she sent and he talked about how they first met 20 years ago, and he said "Now she's a wonderful mother of 2 children" I know this doesn't confirm anything but maybe she already gave birth :D

I think once she said at Instagram that when she plays with her baby other people call them "two boys"

^yeah, I think she has refered to him as a boy a couple of times on instagram lol also once she posted the "boys room" once IIRC I wonder if the second one will be/is a girl, a mini Ayu would be so cute! haha
