lol, I edited it and added the song in, it was the first thing I made on movie maker, ages ago... just thought I'd put it up.

Holly Valance is the one who remade it. I heard the original and like both of them and even the other remake is ok, lolz.

Calvin Delivers Kylie "Big Gay Pop"

Quote:

by Andrew Tijs - April 30 2007

Scottish electro producer Calvin Harris gives Kylie Minogue a "big gay pop" track.

Harris spoke to MTV UK about his surprise hit, 'Acceptable In The '80s', his new superstar pals and his work on Kylie's new album. Harris said his involvement was due to Minogue's A&R man. He'd heard Harris' music and requested he remix an All Saints song "as a bit of a test". Harris continued, "Then he said 'Do you fancy working with Kylie?' and I said 'Are you kidding me?' She was brilliant to work with."

They are collaborating on a handful of tracks. Harris said that they have already finished and recorded one track, which "sounds like 500 men with their tops off dancing". He quipped, "It's dirty, it's sweaty and a bit wrong. And big gay pop of course."

Harris dismissed recent reports that he and Minogue have become romantically involved. "We're just friends, that story was completely untrue," he said to MTV UK adding, "The height difference is mad. I'm 6'5 she's 5'1 so it wouldn't work."

Other collaborators that have been suggested for Kylie's tenth album include R&B producer Teddy Riley, Boy George and Jake Shears of Scissor Sisters.
OMG OMG OMG This album is gonna be so fun, CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Kylie to star in Diana tribute

Quote:

KYLIE Minogue will star at the Princess Diana Memorial concert, sharing the stage with Take That and Ricky Gervais.

A source told The Sun newspaper Kylie had agreed to take part in the memorial gig, and details were being finalised.

“We’re just signing off some details, but it all looks good,” the pop insider said.

It is not yet known whether Kylie will sing at the concert - organised by Princes William and Harry - or introduce other acts. But her appearance will be a huge boost to the gig which had been criticised by the British press for failing to attract enough big name celebrities.

In another coup for the princes, Comic Ricky Gervais, 45, and boyband Take That were also signed up yesterday. Organisers are still asking Reese Witherspoon to introduce acts like Lilly Allen, Rod Stewart and Kanye West.

A crowd of 62,000 is expected to watch the Diana concert. It runs for five hours and will feature video clips of the late Princess of Wales.

A new range for H&M stores has out-sold Madge's easily, showing that Kylie's really the one who's in vogue.
What makes it even more sweet is that Kylie did not release hers in North America and it's only been out a few days, yet it's already outsold everyone else... I think I should be thanking the Chinese, lolz.

I'm not surprised that kylies line is doing well, but I am surprised if she really outsold Madonna considering that Kylie's line is just beachwear/bikini compared to Madonna's much more extensive line. I suppose that means Madonnas line didn't do so great in EU & Asia.

as a guy neither of lines or women cloths in general concern me lol, but I have to say Kylie's line is very sexy & chic whereas madonna's is a bit fug with all the suspenders, labcoats & corset-things.

Hopefully Kylies line debuts here soon so I get so see the ads on tv & the billboards while i commute to uni :love

btw, kingofpop; have you found the H&M CM downloadable anywhere ?

..:Hot:Like:Wow:.. 7th May 2007 01:58 PM

Well it's up as a billboard in my sig, on some theatre, forgot the name, I just know it's near the London eye.

This is only version I know of and it seems to be the only one, as it's the same one uploaded by all the youtube people and the same one posted at all her forums. But hey, beats ripping from youtube.

My current Kylie top ten:

Better the Devil You Know

Thanks!! I love your set even more, confide in me is such an awesome song. Definitely one of my favourite songs.

Barbarellacult 9th May 2007 01:46 PM

Thank you, thank you King of Pop. I had fun making it. Well, not as much fun cutting the images out as I did putting them together. Confide in Me is awesome! The first time I heard it was on Kylie Live in Sydney and I was in love. That album I got the pics from is pretty cool and sexy. It has the french version of Confide in Me on the 2nd disc. =)

Your very welcome, so cool you got the one with the french version.

Here is thr High Quality download for Kylie's H&M Ad

oh and here's Pandora's version of On a night like this.

Music is exactly the same, it's only the vocals that are different and Pandora's voice is no where near as good as Kylie's.

Halla 14th May 2007 04:30 PM

^ thx for the high quality version of the CM, it's awesome.

I didn't know Pandora had covered that song, thx. Pandora was super popular in EU & Asia like ten years ago, I remember liking her songs :D

She's sorta in here at the moment again since her songs "Trust Me" & "Don't You Know" have been remixed by this group called United DJ's and both new remixes are huge club hits.

Kylie Minogue may be attracting attention with the male company she keeps, but all eyes were on her new hair do as she stepped out in New York.
Her ultra fair locks channelled 70s icon Blondie, while her outfit was also a nod to retro style - a figure hugging psychedelic print dress.

Kylie dazzled with her bold new look

Oversized black shades and trademark megawatt smile completed the singer's head-turning look.

Minogue, who was treated for breast cancer last year, was leaving the ritzy Waverly restaurant in SoHo and is clearly making the most of her time in the Big Apple.

Vinylfantasy 16th May 2007 08:39 AM

Kylie did a duet with Sharron Stone for The Locomotion

lolz, apparantly, what happend is Sharon Stone just got up and yelled who wants to see Kylie sing! and Kylie reluctantly just got up and started.
Quote:

KYLIE Minogue swapped a London recording studio for the south of France last night to attend a star-studded charity fundraiser for Aids research.

The star was in the audience when she was plucked out to sing a short tune for the celebrity crowd.

Apparently, Kylie brought everyone to their feet when she sang a few verses of Locomotion. An audience member then offered the charity $100,000 if she sang, Can't Get You Out Of My Head, which she happily obliged, according to Eonline's Planet Gossip.

The pop princess had earlier rubbed shoulders with fellow Aussie Toni Collette, model Claudia Schiffer and director Quentin Tarantino at the annual Cinema Against Aids benefit.

Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Matt Damon also made an appearance at the concert, ahead of the launch of their new film Ocean's Thirteen.

The glittering fundraiser is a highlight of the Cannes Film Festival.

Ms Minogue appeared relaxed as she jetted out of Heathrow last night.

She is expected to go on to Stockholm after France to continue recording her new album.

The jet-setting singer recently holidayed in Chile with Mexican film director Alexander Dahm, and also spent time in New York.

You wouldn't be able to find anything Kylie if they did. They definitely have Madges line (which is now in the back of the store :laugh), but Kylie is nowhere to be seen. It's most likely because they wouldn't see it selling here since very few people know who she is, and if they do, it's ONLY because of CGYOOMH.
