Oh that sucks, I always thought people could watch with KHTV, I must have been mistaken. :(

waterballoon 25th December 2009 10:12 AM

Susan Boyle? lol that's random but she'll provide a good performance if she's singing, I'm sure :D

Andrenekoi 25th December 2009 10:24 AM

At least, CDTV New Year's Eve Special can be watch by KeyHole TV (TBS channel)

AyUta 26th December 2009 12:28 AM

Oh wow, Susuan Boyle is going to be performing? Awesome :D

NHK, a few hours ago, I think, has officially announced the order of artists to perform in the Kouhaku: Ayu's first again!!! (Ayaka would be second last among girls - it's her final run...)

Negi92 27th December 2009 04:33 PM

First is not a very good position in Kouhaku. Ratings for the 1st performer are not high... But as she's just before EXILE :P !

There is a channel named as 総合テレビ, which could be it, but it doesn't load.

I don't know if it's the channel NHK, but I made soth that seemed stupid, I searche don google: NHK pasword for KeyHole tV. And I found that, surprisingly, the password was "NHK" (with capital letter!!) And I can see it now... but I don't know if it's the NHK we want!! XDDD

soo welll... I hope I could help Ayu fans to see kouhaku!!

I think THAT is the channel we want, though at this time they're just showing morning news programming, a norm for Japanese television networks at this time, though NHK's news television programming seems to be more of a professional-format version of news programming...

AyUta 27th December 2009 09:37 PM

So Ayu's first? How many years in a row has she been first to open the show?

maze 27th December 2009 09:40 PM

^ since last year with Mirrorcle World, so two years in a row by now. (:

jbrat2219 27th December 2009 11:03 PM

I wonder if they're going to make a habit of her being first or if it's because of CDL again...? Does anyone know how long it's suppose to be?

alternarist 28th December 2009 02:45 AM

I knew ayu will be performing Rule. Since she is performing first, she had better make it a BLAST!! ayu is in the pink of health as of today. So pray that she will be focused and not mess it up like last year!! :P

And probably the CDL 0910 ~FC~ will be longer than AT2009 but not as long as PCDL..

Does it say NHK-G in the top right corner? If it does, then it is correct. For me, I cannot even launch that channel, it just shows an empty thumbnail and nothing happens when I click on it... :(

The NHK-G logo only appears in the widescreen hi-vision HD broadcasts; KHTV is showing only the 4x3 version, with the Japanese katakana for "analog" appearing static in the top right corner (though NHK's are quite smaller than the ones we see on Fuji TV, TV Asahi, TBS or so; when I was watching KBS Kyoto for some Arima Kinen Day Japanese horse racing, they also showed the analog icon, though they were slightly larger and it only appears for about a minute after a commercial break...), but I think you might want to take a very close look - it might be a little hard to see it...

(Note: On BS-1 and BS-2 analog broadcasts, which are only available in SD, the top right icon shows not only the BS-1 or BS-2 icon, but also the smaller-than-average analog icon below it...)

AyUta 29th December 2009 02:23 AM

I'm sure she'll do fine :). It's going to be a blast I'm sure.

Guys, I need a information:
What time will Kouhaku be broadcasted on NHK?
And maybe I could ask for something else: what time will it be in Brazil?

Thanks in advance! ^^

The Kouhaku will broadcast at 7:15 p.m. JST (Japan Standard Time), so in Brazil it would be somewhere in the morning, at around like 6:15, 7:15 or 8:15 a.m. in Brazil, depending on where you live.

Now, this is my question: How will the winner of the Kouhaku will be determined? Going to be another combined vote, head count, or the "complex ball voting system"?
