あのね...「ユメタマゴ」 if i am translating this correctly means something along the lines of "Egg Dreams" or "Dream Eggs". (ユメ) Yume = Dream; (タマゴ) Tamago = Egg

Okay, I'm stopping the dispute once again... Don't know why I say "the wrong things at the wrong time" once again, but I'm accepting anything what HSJ, NYC, Arashi, Johnny's artists, AKB48, Ayu, miwa and other artists that are about to release something...

So, I'm now kind of wondering: Why have they been recently focusing on the NYC sub-unit rather than HSJ very much?

NYC to sing theme song and ending song for “Nintama Rantaro” film

Popular group NYC will be singing the theme song and ending song for upcoming anime film, “Nintama Rantaro Ninjutsu Gakuen Zenin Shutsudou no Dan“, which is scheduled to be released on March 12th.

These songs mark the first time that NYC has sung for a film, and it was revealed that the theme song will be “Yuuki 100%“, and the ending song will be NYC’s new song, “Yume Tamago.”

As many NYC fans already know, “Yuuki 100%” was their debut song, and the song has been inherited from many JE groups (Hikaru GENJI (Hikaru GENJI SUPER5), Ya-Ya-Yah, Hey! Say! JUMP). It’s been known since 1993, for a whopping 19 years, as the theme song from the TV anime version of “Nintama Rantaro“, but NYC has taken over the song since 2010.

On the other hand, the film’s ending song, “Yume Tamago”, is a new song which was made specifically for the anime, and it will be released on March 9th. ”Nintama Rantaro” is a popular ongoing anime on NHK based on Amako Soubee’s manga about a ninja school, and the anime adaption started airing in 1993.

no wonder they included the PV of yuuki 100% in the DVD, then. :P but nice tie-in! glad it's confirmed! i guess ever since their last single, i'll officially follow them. but honestly, i only look at yamada & chinen, pretty much LOL. i can't resist yamada! :P

I did tried to listen to NYC initally but ick their stuff's a bit too ... kiddy for my liking :x

I'm surprised they haven't 'disabanded' yet because I thought they were a temporary group to begin with ? :O

Also , it's not fair to give all the attention to Yamada & Chinen in HSJ , it's not as though the other 8 are not talented :no

i'll follow them, but i'll really only listen to them when they release something new. i still prefer listening to hey! say! jump anyday. :P

JE probably thinks people will care if yamada & chinen are in the group. he probably thinks no one cares about the other boys? :laugh
