We need a heads-up here:
DO NOT PLACE THE FULL TEXT OF ANY OF TA AYU'S DIARY MESSAGES IN THIS THREAD. THIS THREAD IS FOR TWITTER DISCUSSION ONLY, NOT FOR AYU'S DIARY DISCUSSION.
If I do create another Twitter thread because it is full, I will put this notice on the first post.

1) BIG, RED CAPSLOCK IS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY.
2) Avex knows that AHS exists. Avex knows exactly what AHS offers to members and the general public. Avex is not stupid, however they have no intention of spending the money to promote and bring Ayu to the US and the greater West unless all her expenses are paid for by someone else (ie a convention guest).
3) Avex knows and expects that Ayu's tweets, TA messages and the like will be translated and shared to the general public some way or another. They accept it because for 95% of Ayu's international fans (who they don't care about) can or will not sign up to Team Ayu in it's current form. It is simply too exclusive for the average fan once you factor in conversion of Japanese Yen, then a TENSO address, then double shipping costs etc.
4) Avex doesn't care about international fans because it sees no point in spending big dollars to target a small international English-speaking fanbase. Ayu and other Avex labelmates are so unlikely to break into the Top 50, let alone the Top 10 in non-European countries that it'd be like setting the money on fire.
5) Avex understands that most English-speaking people come to Japanese music through the internet, and as long as online stores stock their CDs, they couldn't care less about making things like TA accessible.
tl;dr - Stop overreacting. If AHS was an issue to the Japanese music industry it would be gone. They simply don't care that people post TA messages, at least not enough to actually do something about it.
Ayu may want to feel that her TA messages are "just for TA" but until that TA is something all her fans can join, she just has to deal with it. Ayu has the power to make her fanclub like WEZARD, which is open to anyone in the world for a flat 2000JPY annual fee with postage of magazines, CD specials etc and a special gift included (at least as far as I can tell). The fact she doesn't means that she doesn't care that much either.
