I just could never get into her korean albums. There are a couple of songs I like, but the only album which I have is Hurricane Venus, the others are terrible imo.

Hurricane Venus is my favourite too. It's really good.

Completely agree with you. The only korean album with decent album tracks is HURRICANE VENUS in my opinion...

The rest just have one or two good songs besides the promo tracks.

For her Korean songs, I only listen to HURRICAN VENUS, Copy&Paste, My Name, MOTO, Girls On Top, Spark..some ballads are really beautiful too..but a tad slow

Her best ballad is Implode from Hurricane Venus album. She has many GREAT ballads but that song is just so damn touching lol.

I've rarely listened to any of her korean stuff either.

I think I like Sara and Don't give a damn, that's about it.

I haven't listened to the Hurricane Venus album, but I do like My Name quite a bit. Girls On Top is pretty nice too.

I feel the same way. Her Japanese stuff is so basic compared to her non-Japanese music. Why can't she bring fierce BoA to Japan?! :( I did like THE FACE though and I didn't hate her last original album.

I know a lot of people probably wouldn't like this but I personally would love it if she released Hurricane Venus (the entire album) in Japanese. I just think that album is perfect.

yes i guess BoA is a living example of how K-pop is different from J-pop. Her K-pop and J-pop material have strayed so far from style unlike those No.1, Listen To My Heart days...Pop in that region has strayed apart from each other. Personally, I still love both styles very much. Sometimes it depends on mood too

She is the best female dancer in the world, basically (from what I've seen).

She just needs to go to MAMA, claim her throne, and peace out.
