it's not too soon. if she releases A BEST 3 next year then it'll be 5 years after A BEST 2. 6 years gap for A BEST to A BEST 2.
she already has 13 singles after Bold&Delicious/Pride. that's enough to be included in A BEST 3.

Well since the gap from A BEST to A BEST 2 is 6 years, they might save it for 2013, it will be 6 years since A BEST 2 AND her 15th anniversary. xD

And considering her fame level nowadays, she needs to release more albums than before in order to have enough hits for a new Best...

A BEST 3 Black & White next year and A BEST 15 in 2013 (1998-2013)

The sales do not matter too much to me but I am happy that she had 2 weeks at #1.

Let's not forget about A COMPLETE which was released shortly after A BEST 2. That's already 2 compilations in the past 5 years. She doesn't need another one right now.

Even if she did A BEST 3 one day, I'm not sure if I would even buy it. I own every album of hers from (miss)u onward... The only reason A BEST 2 was worth the money was because it had all the best of MY STORY which I hadn't purchased. And I don't have any of her albums before RAINBOW so A COMPLETE was worth it as well... But unless she pulls a Hikki and attach a bunch of new songs or adds a concert DVD like she did with 2, I can't see myself buying what I already own.

I only got A BEST 2s because of the CDL and the PVs (and I own all of the albums from ASFXX to FIVE) ^^ of which some we didn't get on DVDs along with some of the albums. Of course if she makes it an original album + A BEST 3 I am all for it ^^

UNIVERSE with Kuu's third best severely underperformed for what it was..I don't think Avex will make that mistake again.
