Rina's last album barely sold 10k first week, but since it is a greatest hits it's likely to sell more. Mano Erina should be no issue. Yusuke and Namie are both likely to outsell her, if singles are any indication of the success for Yusuke's album. My prediction is:

1. Namie: 300k
2. Yusuke: 150k
3. MISIA: 60k
4. Rina Aiuchi: 25k

But anyways, I LOVE the new single! I'm very impressed by her Ballade style and can't wait for her new album to be released! :)
Are you trying to say Rina Aiuchi will beat MISIA?? D: I very much hope not, lol. If so, it's safe to say that MISIA is officially dead as a singer, considering Rina Aiuchi is laughable as an artist. -.- Not sure about Yusuku, though. I actually haven't heard of any of his stuff, but his singles have done really well. :\ But like you said, I think MISIA has a very good chance of getting number three...

Lol, I had a dream yesterday that Ayu's You were... / BALLAD 's release date was still 12/16 and on that day I checked oricon to see Ayu selling 49k on the first day and MISIA at #2 selling 42k! Lol how I wish that would happen.

Not that bad, considering that her album is coming out in around 2 weeks time :yes Let's hope that the success of Aitakute Ima can help the sales of EW, just like how ORION help in the sales of mika's VOICE :P

:laugh Nah I think MISIA will clearly beat Rina, but just saying Rina is the only slight competition for #3. Since it's a best of album and all. Then again, Rina's first greatest hits sold rather poorly, only 157k back in 03-04, so Rina may be lucky to get top 10 again.

So overall she has sold 30,734. Thats really not that bad.

Sea of dreams sold 30,921 over 9 weeks and that was summer of 06. While Namae no Nai Sora o Miagete sold over 50,000 but that was in 04. I think its safe to say this will be MISIA's best selling single in years.

Oohh, this is good! :yes I actually love this song. It's beautiful and, as always, has intense vocals. It's the only MISIA song I've been able to really get into for a while now. Glad it's doing well.
