No. you should compare t2m second day index (9987) to MW second day index (16180), which is more logical. I do believe that the sales will be altered a bit for the next couple of days since this single doesn't follow the usual pattern (i.e., released on Wednesday). However, I have a feeling that the sales will drop quite a bit tomorrow (the index will probly below 10K).

The sales aren't as bad as I expected.

This single is wellon its way to the top 20yearly (heck, it's even well on it's wayinto the top15) and a chance at staying there maybe. That has not happened since STEP you back in 2005. It's a very good indication on her performance in the cd market overall.

It'd be great if Mirrorcle World ranked in the top ten for the yearly charts, although I don't know how likely that is to happen. It'll probably hit 100K this week, so hopefully by the end of the year it'll accumulate another 50K.

well... dun forget it's the beginning of the year... hitting more than 160K doesn't mean it'll be in the yearly top 10, as there will be more releases from other artists (such as those johnny boys, B'z, Mr. Children, etc.). I guess if MW hits over 200K, then probly there's a slim chance..

Hitting 200k in 7 days is quite impossible, but charting till it surpasses 200k is highly possible since it's a tenth anniversary single after all...

ayu doesn't double her first week sales for singles anymore...so I have a feeling she won't pass 200k...unless the sales in the next few days don't drop too much. I hope the index number for tomorrow will be higher than 9000.

i guess MW will able to sell around 80-90.000 copies on its first week.
