Eh! If she's going on a break, why don't her record company just wait until next year to release it. That way people won't necessary forget about her. Releasing an studio album and compilation album in the same year before going a "break" is just a bad marketing strategy and is bound to do not as well as expected.

Cuz she's a song-writer? :eviltongu Do u know that song writers are not like robot that comes out with melodies 24/7, 7days a week. There are times that the song-writer may not have any inspiration at all and can't come out with new and interesting melodies. Then he/she will recycle his/her stuffs and create crappy and boring music...

A break means that YUI will not be pressurized to make new songs in short period of time and she can come out with better and more refreshing songs in the future...

Please dun say she has no reasons to take a break when you understand about it...:eviltongu :eviltongu :eviltongu

I thought I Loved Yesterday was good album. I don't know if she'll have a new style to her music. It just seem like pop/rock is her calling. lol Tbh, that's all I can imagine her doing. As for a new hairstyle, I think YUI will lose her aura if she got a new hairstyle. XD

the closest to a new hairstyle for YUI is just, like, a lighter or darker shade of her hair color, or just shorter or longer hair, lol. :P simple.

I'm curious about her hair - I'd like her to try something like Tomiko Van's long, wavy hair just once. She definitely needs the break, in my opinion. It'll be a good opportunity to pick up some new influences, styles, etc.
