i think she just said she wanted to stop doing it.
Appearing on a show like that takes a lot of time since its live and you pretty much put your life on hold while its airing.

Plus, I'll assume she wants to tour and what not as well, and she wont be able to do that next year if she is on the show.

This is really up in the air... I havent heard her single on the radio yet, but I sure they have been talking about it on the Voice... that would be great promotion since millions of view that on a weekly basis.

^ i don't think it has. The delirious Xtina stans on ATRL have been clamouring for promotion on the voice. Xtina has yet to perform the song, to my knowledge.
it also has been flopping on the Billboard Hot 100.

I love this eheheh

Her voice is wonderful, there's no denying it.
But, when I'm lost in the admiration of her voice alone and not the song, then I know I'm not going to be a fan of the song. Despite listening to the lyrics attentively, I only really get into the song at 2:56, then some 35 seconds later, she loses me again.
Good effort, vocally.

It gives me some feelings of Beautiful.

I'm kinda disappointed. I think this is the weakest album she released so far.

Not that it's bad. It's just predictable since the beginning.
It sounds like a pure attempt to be a disco/club friendly album

All the beats, all the synths, all the sounds generally used nowadays are there. There's nothing new, nothing unexpected and with the taste that she used to put in her albums, something fresh.

I really hope that it explodes on the charts, after all, it's visible that Lotus was made for this purpose. But, being sincere, it's very unlikely though.

And one thing that disturbed me all the way while I was listening the album: it's incredible how the songs sounds like a Bionic commercial version. It's like the conceptual and more different songs were on Bionic and the commercial ones are in Lotus now.

Some songs that are quite memorables but not exceptionals: Make The World Move (pretty good with the collaboration, it does kick in the head) / Let There Be Love (reminds me Kylie Minogue don't know what) / Blank Page (bland, but cute, nothing phenomenal though) / Around The World (dance in the club, just) / Circles (the most different of them all)

Downloading! Still, after jyujiw's review, I most certainly will haten it, but doesn't hurt to try it :P
