I still feel like we were lied to. How is that a thank you? I only bought "again" and didn't buy "LOVE", but it's the principle of the thing that irks me. I guess I was gullible in believing they were stand alone releases and we wouldn't see them repeated on an album. It's hilarious/pathetic that Avex isn't calling any release a "single" anymore so she can keep her streak. She'll still HAVE the streak, it'll just have ended. I just don't like how they're doing things. Oh well. At least the covers are pretty?

And is she seriously not even bothering to release a 2013 calendar?! So last year's re-make calendar was like the finale then? I feel like she's going, "Nah, I'm done. Let's see if I can go down in flames." UGH.

I guess this is just a typical release...and well honestly, I've been pissed off about her typical releases since forever.

Lauren was right. They called them mini albums just so they could charge more for them. They weren't stand alone releases, they didn't have their own concepts. They were just singles. And it worked.

I feel slightly bad for everyone who spent money on it, but hey, it's business. Personally, I think I'll wait a while before I ever decide to make music purchases.

That's pretty much the conclusion I've come to now with Ayu. I'm only ever going to buy her major albums now....'cept for this one. :laugh

I think "LOVE again" might do quite well sales wise if Avex learned their lesson from the horribly minimal advertising they did with "Party Queen." Here's hoping they do more than just sending one truck around blasting her music and putting up a few big posters.

I don't really know if the streak has anything to do with it, but it seems like she's just not releasing singles anymore after #50 regardless of whether there's a #1 on the line or not.

i never understood the peoples fascination with the streak anyways...

Does HMV charge when you buy the item, or when it's shipped (in regards to a preorder)? I haven't bought from HMV in forever and forgot... I'm kinda excited to get this, ha.

By the way, the CDL logo with the cross didn't shock me in the slightest, but now we have "Gloria" as a title. Is Ayu trying to say something?

I feel so cheated. I am an album person only. Hence I bought e mini albums. Now this 14th one has more than 50% containing tracks from LOVE and again. I think my no1 hate list consist of whoever who came up with this stupid idea

My entire theory was that she'd release 5 mini albums and combine them all anyway, so I'm actually kind of glad she jumped the gun and is releasing the album sooner than I expected. The quality of her music lately has been pretty great so I for one and am excited for the new tracks. I think both mini albums fit together pretty nicely too anyway, so I'm looking forward to this!

Ok, why are people pulling the "if they were labelled as singles you'd love it, stop whining"/"would you feel this way if they were singles" argument? It's simple: people wouldn't complain if they were singles because you expect them to be on another release. A mini-album you do not. When something is a single you make the conscious choice to purchase repeated material.

It's why I don't buy singles, I (thankfully) didn't buy LOVE or again, but I was planning to - because they're mini-albums! Glad I've been rather broke these past few months.

Seems like everyone is "waking up" now...it doesn't even seem real when I think back to the old Ayu.

well on the other hand there are 4 good things with this....
- the covers (anyone remmebers that TA pic from recent entry? i bet THAT was the photoshoot.)she looks gorgeous, tho i wanna shot whoever had a "job" to put a font on them...i will never be happy about fonts, ever lol
- I love Mellody, and i was kinda sad it didn't get a PV, so yay for it getting a PV now. Tho i had a feeling this is gonna happen.
- a few new songs. hoping for them to be just as good, and hopefully not half of them are interludes
- i am hoping this is an end of the LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE era. ENOUGH, AYU, please......

and um... do people really need to send kind of offensive overly angry tweets directly to Ayu? I mean Avex has a share in this too....i'm kinda like "O_O" at some of them on my timeline....
