Definitely. She has all the right (and reasons) to use Japanese only. Whenever she writes or speaks in English we should just be thankful. But I guess it's easier to criticize her for not being as fluent as a native speaker.

I'm not entirely sure because I don't know Japanese and I merely confronted her handwrite with the Lyrics on Misa-Chan's blog (huge thanks to her for all the good job with translation). By the way I think it says "And that person who needs you will always surely stay smiling by your side". But I'd wait for someone better than me to confirm it.
