I hate she got #2 with guilty! T_T

I wanna make a list of what i hate bout her and I hope she makes a change
1. I hate the fact that she is repeating what she is doing every year (release trend include summer single, occasionally followed by a rock or a up-tempo single and eventually the last but not least ballad single, her touring seems to run every year together with the countdown, this is the culprit of lack of creativity in outfit and stage)
2. She should dance more like the one in real me instead of making some lame movement and gestures that let me doubt her efforts in her music.
3. The s&m look kinda put me off, i hate the fact she always copy from madonna, extensively done startin from 2002, i know exactly which outfit coz i m a superfans of madonna as well
4. Her marketing strategy is unchanged every year, endorsements are pretty much done via panasonic commercials, this is not strong enuff coz her popularity and influence are plummeting over the years, she shud get dramas tied-in(this is what the japanese like to listen to)
5. Her recent commercials also lack of creativity and genuity, she always use the same concept but different outfit starting from the one with carols as the background song.
6. She shud start avoid acting cute and adorable coz she is no longer in her early 20's
7. I think pp are jaded with her anniversary-related titles, at least i m.
8. Her covers are getting worse after her my story album, she shud stop using too much computer effects in her photos to make her look perfect, but in fact it looks fake and unnatural.
9. Her setlists in her concert are kinda predictable like u will expect what to see first and what u see next

To other fans in the forum, don't get me wrong, I am a devoted fans of ayu since 2001. I am sure her decline in the musical industry is partly due to the things that i have mentioned above. AYu, if u r willing to change, i m sure there will b miracles once again.

*I dislike her sweet and pop image as well as her sweet and pop songs. I prefer her "darker" side.

*I don't like that she is so unnatural on the covers of magazines.

*I hate the circle: one album a year, single for summer, single for winter

*I hate all Ayu goodies including Ayupans :eviltongu

-- about what some people said: who the hell cares if she smokes or not? you have never seen her personally, who knows if the 2 photos in your gossip mag are not manipulated? and IF she smokes, it doesn't make her a bad person. it's not like she's smoking crack! many people smoke, you cnnot say "i don't like you because you smoke" RIDICULOUS!

Sales? I bring up sales because I find ayumi to be genuine and I hate nothing about her.

-Too many interludes on GUILTY
-only double-aside or a-side + b-side that will feature on album singles since 2005
-Dodgy vocals (she needs lessons !!!!!!!)
-Wanky vibrato
-Re-using same themes for concerts (ie Ballads, Moments AT05>Pride AT06> part of Me AT07)
-Re-using same stage structure for AT05,06,07
-Releasing two singles before Secret + GUILTY
-Childish voice (No way to say @ AT04... = cringe)
-Not making JEWEL a single xD
-Only doing 12 songs in the "show" part of the concert
-Not doing 6 song encores anymore (she should put more songs in the show though)

Because I'm going to be wanky:
- I'm willing to bet (having friends who worked in theater stuff) that she recycles stage and whatever for her tours to save budget. Looking at it from Avex perspective, they'll probably even tell her to reuse her old props because she tours a lot, and they're not going to provide a budget for new ones every year.
- Why does everytime she starts to act happy, people say she's trying to be cute? Maybe it's just an avex marketing thing, but it is possible for her to be genuinely happy and release happy song. Yes, she's not in her early 20s, but last time I checked, people in their thirties are still allowed to be happy.
- Magazines and panasonic commercials, yes, she's got a good control over her career, but I don't think she's in charge of the creativity on her commercial. Take it up with those people in Panasonics, ultimately to marketing.

thats soo true, i hate it when people say, people with money shouldn't buy all of those things. But I bet those people who say that, and they are given the chance to have the opportunity to have that cash, will be buying all the high end stuff.

Anyways, I hate that Ayu has fans that hate such dumb things about her. :)

I mean, especially the secrecy thing. We know a lot more about her than we should, about her past and about her process.. I don't think there's much else to know, unless you wanna get into tabloid-territory..

True, we know a hell of a lot about her, her past and stuff. She's let us have looks into her personal life quite a lot of times, we know about her past through her radio interviews, ntv report and so on.

And it's not like she's property of Japan, we're not entitled to know everything. And if we did know everything, wouldn't it be kinda boring? Not having a little bit of mystery around her?

She did say: "Everyone has a secret. Even I have secrets! If no one had secrets... imagine how boring life would be." I'm paraphrasing.

Yeah ahaha I don't give a damn for what happens in her real life. I'm glad she has some privacy.

And her materiaslism, if I had her money, I'd be worse. I'd "donate" a lot of money to all those luxury brands. :cool

I think Ayu's materialism just comes from a previous love for clothing and shoes. :/

She never had the money before, and now she does have it. So, why not accessorize? Why not own HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS [thousands even!] of shoes? She has like 10 colors of the same shoe, because she's a collector! :O

I think she's just very aware of the styles that are in [or at least, is very in tune with what's in..] so she tends to buy stuff that's new like the D&G line that came out for 2008 for GUILTY and such...

I dunno what I think about it really.. I don't really care I guess as long as she enjoys herself. XD If she wore casual clothes, she wouldn't exactly be a fashion icon, now would she? Plain janes don't become icons, it's the people like Ayu who revolutionize the industries..

Anyone would go crazy, if they came from not having that much money to being really rich. It's like the phrase "money can't buy happiness" .. but it really does help! :P

and also, as a superstar you get lots and lots of presents, so actually you don't really have to go shopping anymore, because companies give you their stuff for free, so you use them and be a walking advertisement.

i think i would run out of ideas what to buy very quickly. once you have everything you wanted, there's new emtyness XP

Yeah, even those people who work for brands gets a good deal of free stuff (like my friend's family friend who worked for Ann Taylor gave her a bunch of free stuff).

And if I were in Hong Kong, I would totally go on a shopping spree.
