^Well the short PV thing depends on the label.

DANG. i guess JE wants to start early promotion, since i'm guessing this is some sort of "rescue" single in order to grab fans attention since NEWS' popularity isn't that great right now (as comparison to K8, Arashi, KT). cuz usually PVs come out a week prior to release.
