Just finished the first episode. So far I say it's not great, but it's not bad either. It's not something that I feel like I have become instantly addicted to like say Hana Yori Dango or something like that, but I like it enough that I will at least stick around for the next few episodes to see how it goes. It has potential but at times even I felt that the storyline was too contrived. I'm hoping it will get better or at the very least stay at a consistent level the whole season.

^ hmm guess this means I will not keep my hopes that high for My girl but in due course , it might morph into something that's promising to look out for

i just finished downloading My Girl! i actually had disk space for 400MB, lol. :P i'll watch it now and post my thoughts later :P

edit: just finished. aiba is really so cute in this drama, lol. i don't really know what's going on in the storyline (need subs :P) but it seemed pretty good to me! i think i might watch it again just for fun. but the thing that bothers me the most is that they hardly play "my girl". there's not even an opening sequence. i hope the 2nd episode has an opening sequence.

lol i can't remember the mannequin 5 segments that i've seen, but the one i specifically remember is when sho dressed like VERBAL of m-flo. i found him quite hot in a rapper style outfit :laugh but i remember seeing another segment (maybe it's the same one) where aiba dressed REALLY badly, lol. but generally, i think arashi dress pretty well. i don't really pay that much attention to those things :P

btw, i can't stop playing "My Girl" :love i officially LOVE it. :yes
