It will be interesting to see how her next album sells. I'm wondering if she's going to be the kind of artist that sells albums well, but not singles or if she will have one hit album and that's it...

I honestly DO NOT wish to see her being the next Yuna Ito...she has worked hard; from I that Japan didn't really give 2 hoots about, to where she is now... she's gonna be the next J-Pop Empress. :P Okay maybe not but I think Kana's here to stay.

Yuna Ito got 1 ( one ) sucessful single and then floops after and after xD

^ She actually got two (ENDLESS STORY and Precious) but anyway she started to flop due to a change of style in her music and the lack of promotion. If Kana keeps her style I think she will be able to stay in the top for a while :)

even if kana does fade from the limelight, she has one fan here that will follow her. :yes

But it what I'm so scared of! And she is still kinda lacking that little bit of "oomph!" that Ayu and Kuu have, so I don't know what her future will be... Although, she seems to have a pretty solid gal fanbase, and they are usually dedicated fans.

Keep in mind that Ayu and Namie started with a strong gal fanbase and look where they are now. I'm seeing that for Kana as well. So we shouldn't worry.

Hope she becomes even more succesful, i´m sure she will become a great jpop singer!!!

Also, Keep in mind that Ayu started out without any oomph whatsoever! Although I know some people here like A Song for xxx, I think we can all agree that it misses the power and uniqueness of her later releases.

I disagree...due to it she got acknowledged. even if poker face didn't sell well, but only after LOVE~Destiny~ she got awesome sales, she got recognized by that song, and mainly because of the lyrics. I don't think her lyrics are as good as that. moreover, her music on latest ballads is also repetitive. A Song for XX is great, I think :)

as for Kana. I want to see more improvement of her music. so it doesn't sound boring & repetitive too. I agree that WRONG could be a great single, but wonder if it would sell..when she change her girly style she'll change the music style too. I doubt it'll be soon though

^Yeah, the second she started dressing like she stepped out of a LIZ LISA ad and changed her music to the cute R&B style she has now her sales have shot up.
