It had 7 songs and it was consideraded a single. If includes 7 songs will be a mini like Love and again.

Did you forget that other 75% of her discography where almost all her singles had like 10 tracks? LOVE and again being considered mini albums had nothing to do with how many tracks they had. That was just avex fishing for sales and money.

If they were real, I think those would be some fascinating song titles! :D

;)

yamadashun 29th October 2014 08:44 AM

for the first time i was quite disappointed that this is fake.

other than the single title "GIFT", i love the title of the songs especially bonfire!
(Sunlight is a little similar to Sunrise, though)

but the Winter Single trilogy is real right?

tokyoxjapanxfan 29th October 2014 09:39 AM

^ Yes the news about the "trilogy" came straight from her Twitter :)

ayu_ready? 29th October 2014 09:44 AM

I think the trilogy idea got me excited, but I'm worried about PV quality

!Lawi! 29th October 2014 01:07 PM

^Yep, same here. Seriously, when was the last time she had three decent PVs for a trilogy. Oh wait, she never did.

Gustavopc 29th October 2014 02:03 PM

I find the Love songs trilogy PVs some of her best, but the others... Well, yeah...

lightningrod 29th October 2014 03:06 PM

I gave up any hope on MVs after the sheer horrors from CoLOURS, but as long as we still get quality music then I'm not complaining. Yay for the ballad trilogy!

I don't mind it, I just never managed to understand it! Aha
As for Love again and vogue-far away- SEASONS... Well, saw them once, forgot them straight after.

tokyoxjapanxfan 29th October 2014 05:10 PM

I like vogue Far away and SEASONS. I think they were very well made, and very definitely left an impact. It had far more imagery and meaning than her more recent (trilogy) ones, imo. Although, I do prefer Love songs trilogy to Love again.

Very true. Those videos did have a lot interesting imagery to them that I found to be intriguing. I wish more musicians thought about their PVs as a canvas for a great work of art, but they typically just seem.... disappointing and lame. (In my opinion, that is, as there are probably others who find music videos in general to be good...>.> ????)

Gosh... Sometimes I wish I could direct music videos...they would always be epic and way too expensive.

same here i can't even undertsand the fuss about the songs, let alone the videos *shrugs*

i tend to see that korean MVs are much more in a higher quality. And i don't mean the dance group ones but more the stuff that has more imagery in them. i hadn't seen much but, you know even the dance stuff is rather well made they have this high quality somehow, at least to me. Jaejoong's MINE & Just Another Girl, XIA's Tarantallegra, Jung Joon Young's Spotless Mind, Roy Kim's BOM BOM BOM. I'd say if you don't add some sort of symbolism then just add great imagery. It will get the attention. I mean Jewel is a good example of that.

That's kinda sad. I think that those lyrics are among the most poetic ones she's had.

BlackSilence 29th October 2014 05:55 PM

^ i don't say they are bad, i just never really liked them, no matter if lyrics are brilliant or not, if the music doesn't get to me, lyrics won't help. It's just how it works for me *shrugs*

Tom Punks 29th October 2014 06:19 PM

I'm glad I gave up on her PVs after Party Queen or so. I don't know if I've ever even watched the LOVE again PVs in full. I won't be disappointed if they continue to be unbelievably horrible in the vein of the Colours PVs lol.

TeamAyu2004 29th October 2014 07:16 PM

I really dont get all the lvoe for the first trilogy either...
Maybe I just dont get it? lol... but never really cared for the videos or the songs...

Kinda the same here

jbrat2219 29th October 2014 07:38 PM

I think the PV I'm most disappointed with is SURREAL, it's one of my most favorite songs ever and has the worst PV I have ever seen....

tokyoxjapanxfan 29th October 2014 08:32 PM

I was just saying that of the trilogies, the first set were by far the most impressive for me. In terms of her discography, they're nowhere near my favorites haha.

I'm not sure what my definite favorite it, but Free & Easy, Daybreak* and Moments are definitely in the top tier. :P

*Gasp!

And before you say something like "well that was forever ago and back when remixes and clubbing were more popular" Rule/Sparkle had 8 tracks on its single. If you actually counted all the remixes and songs together, it has 10 tracks (2 songs, 2 instrumentals, 6 remixes).

I thought that, hahaha. I know, my point is: avex will never release singles like before, I mean they will never include all the remixes and instrumentals in just 1 version of a single, they will split them and release 3 or 4 versions or a mini-album :yes

And in other probably fake news, according to generasia the new single is called Last Miracle
