Well, at least it is something new for Ayu. She has not work with them before.
And relaaaaaax. We do not know what kind of music they will make for her. It could be anything! (BUT a ballad with a lot of strings!!! :D)

Unfortunately you can't expect those kind of DJs to do something SUPER GREAT for her because the song wouldn't get any recognition since she's not known worldwide, they're only gonna give her a so-so composition

maybe they'll do a song which is gonna be played worldwide if she decide to sing it in english #dreaming

My problem with Ayu doing songs with western big names is that they ~almost~ always sounds like they are left over from other artists. Its like Darkchild had a folder with songs that Madonna, Mariah and others overlooked and someone at avex saw Angel and said to Ayu: Here it is, your next song.

And EDM is something that it needs to be really good to feel fresh, and not outdated after two weeks of its release. Terminal is a good example of how EDM, for Ayu, should be done. XOXO and Lelio are quite outdated, with parts of the songs that feels like they are missing something (hello, the chorus of both songs is so bad).

MAX's #SELFIE, which the original versiol is such an awful song, its quite a bop, and that's taking and EDM songs and making good.

Almost ? colours is the only example of Ayu working with big names ... it was not really bright but who knows this time maybe she will surprise us ? I think I read somewhere that Avex has invested in the EDM department so I assume they want to use Ayu as a "display" ? They even made a sub label called AVEX EDM and they put the pic of Ayu with these guys !!

Well we already have Winter diary in the place of Pray (even though it's more wintery Hello new me lol).

I hope most of it will be up beat.

Maybe they will do a Winter diary remix for the album LOL.

^seriously. if yall could calm the hell down with putting out there into the universe that Winter Diary is gonna be included in the next album, that would be great. Whether it's a bonus track or a rearrangement, it doesn't make sense.

^^ I would not be surprised when it is included. That PV will definetely appear on the DVD side. That is for sure. Why not include the song as well then? :D
But, aside from the entire intro, I prefer Winter Diary over Zutto... or Hello New Me. Hopefully will a possible rearrangement of the song have the same mix as the song from the PV. Why do some of you hate the song so much? No this is not to mock you but a serious question.

I am really curious what direction Ayu will take this time for the album.

ive been thinking what the western artist will probably do to ayus music style and the best way out im thinking of that is, that those songs will be more likely similar to movin on without you or many classic moments. they will be more catchier than EDM. i guess, everybody would open their arms for them if she produces songs like movin on without you. ( everybody seemed to like it than)

I don't mind the style I just hope it's something that sounds fresh. It'll be interesting to hear what comes from this.

I'm not sure that Pieces of Seven is right but You & Me did fit LOVE again even though it was on A SUMMER BEST first.

^That's different. Summer songs go on her albums all the time. This is specifically a Christmas song and would extremely out of place.

But Winter diary has unreleased yet video. And Ayu need to put it somewhere.

M was also a "winter ballad". I'm not saying Winter diary will 100% be on the next album but I'm not ruling it out.
