Did they having any malfunction in the beginning?

unfortunately, one of the screens kept falling, looks like it had something to do with the wheels. At the end I loved how they thank their team <3 so everybody is keeping their job! haha.

For those who didn't watch the stream here it is Coachella performance - weekend 2 Mikiko (Perfume's coreographer) uploaded a story of perfume saying goodbye to the audience, it was a big crowd and there was people even outside the tent! Check it out!!

They announced a best album for their 15th Anniversary.

4 editions (Special Limited Edition with photobooklet and special packaging, First Press Limited Edition with DVD/Blu-Ray, regular edition only with 3 CDs and a special edition for Universal's music store).
52 songs, including 2 new songs - one of them ナナナナナイロ - the 50 old songs are remastered by Yasutaka Nakata.

Release date is September 18.

wow 50 songs!! :O i wonder if it starts where Global Compilation left off. Can you imagine songs from the best complete getting and upgrade T_T

I'm excited by the best album, but I found the title is a bit cheesy (?) I'm not sure I need to buy 50 songs of them while I had already bought most of their discography. And also what does it mean for remastering all the song? different mix?

I hope by releasing a best album doesn't mean they are going hiatus for awhile :no

^ I don't see any possibility of them going hiatus right now. They are in the peak of their career not only in Japan but also overseas. What I think is that, maybe, this best album marks a change in their career from now on. I can see them releasing english version from now on...

I know, IF they really gone hiatus, I would hope they are busy participating with the olympics. I really wish they could perform there.

Remastered means the sound quality is enhanced and there will be a few tweaks here and there, kina like A COMPLETE by Ayumi.

I have a mixed feeling about this release. 50 songs? So it is an all time best? I don't really understand the remastering either. All of Perfume's songs were recorded on modern 21st century equipment, so what improvements could be made?:confused
Nakata always likes his songs mastered LOUD. It's highly doubtful but hopefully there will be an improvement in dynamic range in the remastered tracks.

It's a bit strange, cause they call it their first best album with a total of 52 songs in the news on their site. The wording is a bit strange. It does read like some form of complete best.

It's definitely a complete best of the first 15 years starting with Linear Motor Girl. So I guess they'll include all singles and some fan favorites + the 2 new songs(there was a post asking people to hashtag what songs they want on there and why) Don't quite know what there is to remaster but ok lol
They never really had a proper best album before. The first one is more of a regular album and the global compilation was just released because they were going global as like a compilation of: look here are some cool Perfume songs.
So this feels more proper in that sense and it's cool that they're releasing a solid Best album for their 15th major debut anniversary.
