At this point we have no idea where she is going, so I would say stick to the deadline too and not let it become overly rushed.

We have fans in several countries, if she's not in London, I'm sure we can find a fan it whatever country she's in and all try to get to her BY HAND. That would ensure that she gets it, and we will know that our hard work would not be for nothing.

By sending it to TA, there is no guarantee it would get to her. (but it is not a bad idea, if we can't get it to her on time)

The "problem" here is if TikTok don't have the same typography that you use in the letter... I think you can convert your letter from word document to PDF file, that protect your typography colors, etc...
