I wonder if there is any issue with the quality with the chinese subtitled DVDs? Don't want to order now and face the same issue as PCDL08-09...

i'm reading taiwan ayu fans forum.most of the said the disc has some problem.i'm not sure if this applies to HK press or not.They said the volume is abit annoying.sometimes it is loud,sometimes it is soft.
and,most of them got the bad quality DVD.keep on lagging.no matter 1st disc,2nd disc or 3rd disc :(
i'm worry that HK press will have this problem also

ya.i'm afraid the HK press will has the same problem also and i've pre-ordered it at play-asia.hopefully HK press no problem :irked

^ I'm pretty sure that if there's any issues with the DVD Avex will fix it, just like they did with PCDL. If not we can always complained to Avex.

Plus the Taiwan and HK editions are different. If the HK press isn't coming out for another week, I doubt we'll have any problems with it.

hmm,don't forget that both HK and TW has the same problem for PCDL 08-09.
many suspect avex asia took the stocks from taiwan and just change the 'avex taiwan' logo to avex asia

The problems of the DVD appears too in the Japan edition of the DVD?I could not get the box & I decided to get the DVD concert later.

I was watching the DVD last night and I found that more than often Ayu's voice will be very soft compared to the music... and during the Rule performance the audience's screaming totally overpowered Ayu's voice ._.

i thought that avex or ayu did it on purpose...that they want to show audience voice in some event, like the appearance of ayu, appearance of her dancer, etc...

i actually discovered that the audio quality is better in 5.1ch
i'm not using 5.1 speaker system but i do change the dvd setting to 5.1 so that ayu's voice and music is more clearer than the standard 2ch

If the audio is 5.1, and you play it on 2 channel speakers, it won't sound anywhere near as good. Usually DVDs have an option to switch between 5.1 and 2 channel sound.

at least ayu voice is clearer and the audience sound is lesser compare to 2ch :P
i always use 5.1ch because i cannot stand the noisy audiences who shouted 'ayu!ayu!' since the beginning of the concert till the end :P

last year avex asia uses avex taiwan's video to manufacture the hk pressing.... they had to redo the whole video when the quality of the video got affected. So should we wait for a while before ordering the dvd? I don't really fancy the idea of receiving 2 sets of dvds...

just order my DVD today (HK version) i hope there's no problem with the quality, the latest HK version DVD'S i bought was, "ai otsuka LOVE LETTER BOX SET" and "a-nation '09" and the quality was great, both sound and video, just like a japanese version, the only diference was the chinese subtitles but those can be switched off.
