Pretty much, but I don't mind, since for me, this single is the best single so far this year, regardless of marketing schemes, sales figures and whatnot.

The presentation, the music, the quality... I haven't been pumped about a full ballad single since never! Kuu continues to churn out great music and I'm excited for what's in store next.

Ayu can have the number one on the oricon, as she needs it for her streak. But Kuu got the number 1 in my heart and that's a lot more important to me than the oricon. :yes

Ohhhhhh kuu is a great singer and this single is amazing, but i hope the #1 for ayu, obviously i hope great sales for kuu too.

Cant we just love them both??? hahhaha.. Avex is creating unnecessary competition really. I love both songs so much. Both deserve to do well. But Ayu really needs it for her record.

I don't give a damn about Ayu's #1 streak. For me Suki de is the #1 for two weeks, as it's probably in top ten next week too lol. :D It's so stupid to say that Ayu's gonna win because of some DBSK guy lol. :'D Miracles can happen people. Maybe Kuu eventually beats her, we don't know that yet. :D

I would love for kuu to overtake ayu in sales, soley for a personal achievement for my koda...and as a testament of her popularity....

I just want Ayu to get her streak. After that, Kuu can beat her every single time they release a single for all I care. I like them both, I'm not going to say "OMFG THIS ONE DESERVES NO. 1 CUZ THE SONG IS BETTER". Haven't we all learned in the past that quality never has and never will have any impact on the charts? >_<. Besides, "deserves" is such a loaded and personal term.

That Ayu wins was pretty clear, cause she is the stronger single seller after all and most of her fans want her to beat the record. But Kuu still has a little chance to get her, let's wait and see. :D
I don't care that much about the streak actually, cause I think it's pretty meaningless. But it does sound nice having it in your biography. So let's Ayu win the record. I'm happy if Kuu (and also Ayu) puts out great music.

By the way, I read one of the old Kuu threads here and started wondering what the hell happened to the Fever In Hall II? There was so much news last year but it never happened. Instead there was the Taiwan Live last autumn. Did I miss something or was the Taiwan Live that Fever In Hall II concert everyone was so interested in back then? o.O Seriously, Fever In Hall II was even promoted on her TRICK tour last year. And I was sure that it was gonna happen somewhere on summer 2009 but it never did. People, help me. Gimme some info~ <3

Fever Live in Hall II was just a promotion for the pachinko machines. They did commercials for it and everything, but there was never a "live" event which makes the name completely inaccurate.

Haha thats what I feel to But i think Avex wont be putting them together for a long time. it's not like it happens all the time anyway. And i agree with everything u mentioned above. Quality sometimes really isnt reflected. I have to say that chorus wise, Kuu wins. But verse wise, Ayu wins. It's all fair really.

(I dun understand why an AYu fan will not care for the streak anyway..:no..i mean, we all know how long it takes to climb the ladder, how long it takes to create all this...and well, I just find it such a waste that after 12 years, some fans fail to see it. if the number #1 was a stupid spot in the first place, then why should Kuu win it? It depends on opinions people. When I say I don't care about Ayu's achievements it's my opinion and no one's gonna change it. I would say a little bit more opinion about the qween but I won't say anything since this is a Kuu thread and I don't want to say the things on my mind right now. I don't understand why some AYU FANS can't see that everyone has their own opinions and if someone loves Kuu more it's their own opinion and feelings. That's it. End of story. LOL. :rolleyes

I see. That's so sad. I really wanted to see a Fever in hall II concert. :/ First one was so good and I had really high expectations of this one too and it never came. So sad. Oh well, maybe next time then if her popularity ever rises that much she can call a concert Fever In Hall II. Then I'll make sure I'll watch it. <3
