is it a must to really know what airline Yamapi took ? ~_~ he could have taken Singapore International Airlines for all I care/know :innocent |
But he was flying to Hong Kong, and Singapore Airlines don't fly from Tokyo to Hong Kong, only Tokyo to Singapore...
|
~_~ ~_~ ~_~ ~_~
if you're so unusually interested on what airplane Yamapi took over the weekend , why not you write an email to Johnny-san yourself & ask about this instead of asking senile questions like that . I mean do you think we NEWS fans will bother as to what airplane Yamapi personally took ? :irked he could have taken a budget airline if not a private jet for all I care ~_~ |
Yamashita Tomohisa starts his first solo Asia tour
http://img202.imageshack.us/img202/7...itahongkon.jpg NEWS member Yamashita Tomohisa just started his solo Asia tour, “TOMOHISA YAMASHITA ASIA TOUR 2011 Super good Super bad“, at HITEC Star Hall in Hong Kong. Yamashita appeared to the stage, receiving enthusiastic “Yamapi!” calls, and he performed “Daite Senorita“, “Fever to Future“, and “Seishun Amigo” as the opening songs, and grabbed the hearts of 4,000 fans. When Yamashita performed “Seishun Amigo” on the stage, 360° surrounded by the audience, almost all the audience was dancing to the song with Yamashita. A total 25 songs were performed during the live concert, and Yamashita said to the fans, “I knew you guys (fans in Hong Kong) were very powerful, but it was just way beyond my expectations. I will study the language more, and I want to sing Hong Kong songs next time!” Although he has held a live concert as NEWS in Taiwan in 2007, this was his first solo concert in overseas. During the concert, Yamashita gave handshakes of his own accord, and he even went down to the auditorium. The live concerts in Hong Kong were held on January 29th and the 30th, so Yamashita said that he watched the Japan’s final for the Asian Cup at the hotel room after the concert. Since he is in good contact with one of the Japanese team player, Nagatomo Yuto, who had the game winning assist, Yamashita gave congratulations to his friend from Hong Kong, saying, “Nagatomo was amazing. He encouraged me. Congratulations.” It’s been 9 years since any Johnny’s Entertainment artist has held a live concert in Hong Kong, however, it seems like the popularity of JE boys, including Yamashita, is still quite high. Since the tickets for the two live concerts in Hong Kong were sold out in an hour, there were two more additional stages. Thus, Yamashita held four stages in total in two days. With this Asia tour, Yamashita will also visit Taiwan, Korea, and Thailand, apart from the five locations in Japan. He said, “I would like to dwindle the distances in this world. I hope I could make people in other country think ‘Idols in Japan are pretty fun.’” http://www.tokyohive.com/2011/01/yam...olo-asia-tour/ lol it was interesting to hear the commentor talking about Yamapi in Cantonese xD |

Good, I suppose. I wonder if he will continue to release solo singles and albums in the future ^^
|
I want Tegomass to release a 2nd album . Something tells me they might do it this year if not next year since they already have Tanabata Matsuri & then soon Aoi Bench
much as I want the others to release solo stuff , I don't think it will happen & instead you're stuck in duo pairings within NEWS |
I wouldn't mind another full-length album from Tegomasu because seriously, they haven't disappointed me at all. <3
Random: I WANT NEWS TO RELEASE A PV COLLECTION DVD!!! |
^yes +1 on both statements!!!!!
If Tegoshi went solo I would buy 50 copies of each of his releases :innocent :laugh |

Yamapi punches up a show in front of 12 boxing champions and 1000 fans
Tomohisa Yamashita (25) delighted fans and impressed world champions as he put on a boxing show at an event for his upcoming movie “Ashita no Joe” in Tokyo on February 7, reports Oricon, Mainichi Shimbun Digital, and CinemaCafe.net. A “Champion Carnival” was held at Korakuen Hall, the holy land of boxing in Japan. The venue commonly appears in the original “Ashita no Joe” manga series. Twelve new and old boxing world champions joined Yamashita and his movie’s cast inside the boxing ring, where Yamashita showed off his boxing skills. Despite the fact filming had finished six months ago, the pop star managed to punch mitts non-stop for three minutes. “This was a privilege. I’m sorry to have shown these world champions something that isn’t worthy of them, but I put everything I had into boxing, grew to love it, and I trained every day. “‘Ashita no Joe’ is truly a movie that everyone put their heart and soul into,” Yamashita said. It has been reported current WBA super featherweight champion Takashi Uchiyama said he was surprised Yamashita could punch so much in three minutes. Former WBC and WBA champion Koichi Wajima (67) said he was impressed with Yamashita’s form. “What’s important in boxing isn’t training your muscles for strength, but for speed. But it’s harder to get your muscles into shape for speed so you did a good job,” he said. When Wajima had been told Yamashita had only trained for four months, he gasped out, “what, really!?” in surprise. Former WBA super flyweight champion Satoshi Iida (41) and former WBA super bantam weight champion Osamu Satoru (34) said real training probably helped bring out reality in the movie. “I could tell it as soon as I saw Yamashita-kun’s body. Even a real boxer would say he had a boxer’s body,” Iida said. “Yamashita-kun and Iseya-kun had the right bodies because they did some real training. It was really, really amazing,” Satoru said. Yamashita’s co-star Teruyuki Kagawa (45), who plays Joe’s trainer in the film, said he wanted to more Ashita no Joe action. “(Yamashita’s boxing) got my adrenaline pumping. I hope there’ll be a sequel!” The movie “Ashita no Joe” is based on the manga series written by Takamori Asao and drawn by Tetsuya Chiba, which was published as a series from 1968 to 1973. To date, more than 20 million copies of the manga have been sold. The manga has already been turned into an anime series, which ran once in the 1970s, again in the 1980s, and has also been made into to anime movies in 1980 and 1981. The live action movie will open in Japanese cinemas on February 11 with Hikaru Utada’s “Show Me Love (Not A Dream)” is the movie’s theme song. http://momoedgewood.wordpress.com/20...and-1000-fans/ |
