what? it's great that she does some promotion, but I don't understand why she didn't choose some normal tv-programmes like music station, music lovers, hey!x3 and etc.

is she really banned or what?

I think she must have been banned, she would have done at least a performance at Music Station for the release of Party Queen.

Artists can be banned from tv programs?

My friend Ayumi is in Tokyo right now and she's going to be taking pictures of Ayu-related billboards and shop signs. According to my friend, Ayu's everywhere!

They DID pull an "A BEST". Yuck. I hate it.

EDIT: the intro of Greatful Days is different. It's louder than the original. There have been a few effects added (REALLY small)

The beginning of Boys & Girls is also different than the album version. You can hear her taking a breath before the talala's. It's similar to the Aube mix from the single.

All of you are right; Greatful days is the version on A BEST 2; AUDIENCE is the Dave Ford Mix; monochrome is the Original Version (from the single). This was done for A COMPLETE as well.

As for Boys & Girls, there is no "album" version; the AUBE mix was the one used on LOVEappears. The only time it wasn't was for A BEST with the new vocal and mix. Considering they're using the single tracks like they did with A COMPLETE, I'm almost POSITIVE the version on ASB is the AUBE mix. But the best person to ask about this would be - you guessed it - Deli! And so I shall. She or I will report back with the official findings ^_^v

But only in Shibuya. My friend who is in Tokyo right now says she didn´t see any in other disctricts.

^ That difference in seconds is just the silence at the end before the next track. It varies from album to album.

^nope!it's the beginning length Greatful days(ASB/Memorial address) is about 7 secs but A BEST 2 and & is about 10secs.I mean the beginning ,not total length.
and the opening breath of Boys & Girls is the same as A BEST ver.

You & Me is currently #5 on iTunes and ASB is still the #1 album! I wish iTunes would release digital sales figures...I REALLY am curious as to how much ayu sells digitally...

Well, Deli says there's no need for debate about A SUMMER BEST; Boys & Girls is Boys & Girls - the AUBE Original Mix :) For anyone who's curious though, the A BEST version of the song wasn't marked as "new vocal & mix" like the others, but there are indeed some differences, although very minor, iirc. I'll have to ask Deli what those are. But they haven't used it on any compilations since then, so I don't see why this one would be any different.

And Foyuki, I thought you meant the difference between the times as a whole, like 4:41 and 4:43. Don't mind me. But yes, Greatful days is the A BEST 2 version, with the longer intro.

she may not be banned but she herself may not want to promote on those shows because the way they treated her last year when she was sick. (Music Station)

They just don't invite her anymore... that's the reason. She said if after the tsunami... she wanted to appear at TV, and she had to ask for it, no one had asked her to perform in a long time... those were her words.
