That video gives some "Boys" vibes. Not the song though.

It's better than everything she's released in the past couple of years.

But it's still not as good as her stuff from a decade ago.

She looks good though.

I don't mind Tinashe being there, knowing that she's a HUGE Britney fan, I can't help but feel happy for her since this is a dream coming true.

I absolutely loved the video. Not only do I think it's a personal best for Britney, it's a lot better than other videos put out in recent years by other music artists. Did a featured artist need to be there? No, but I don't think it takes away anything from the song, despite the fact that I'm so used to it as a solo song that Tinashe is kind of a distraction. But overall, I loved every second of the video.

The song is great and she looks unbelievably pretty and fresh in the video <3 Also, I liked Tinashe's voice in the song, it's very subtle but still add something.

I don't see why Tinashe is such a problem.:laugh
That's just it, she doesn't add much, she is barely featured at all. I thought she did a nice smooth vocal delivery and added her own little touch. She was most likely featured to give Britney more exposure to the R&B market.
I think the video overall adds to the song. I love all the colors in the video and both Britney and Tinashe look very good. I think Britney is in the best shape she has been in many years.:thumbsup

Brit's latests collabs seem only to exist to expose her to a younger audience than her own. It's actually clever to collab with G-Eazy and Tinashe and it's not that I would blame her for that.
It's just that it doesn't make the song better and that's what a collab should actually do. The rap part in Make Me is actually second hand embarassing lyrics wise and I'm just happy that it comes at the end of an otherwise great song, so that I can enjoy it until then. And I don't know, Britey's voice in Slumber Party is great, adding Tinashe makes the song also weaker since there is nothing special in her voice, at least not in that song.
I want something like the collab with Sabi again, that was great. ♡

Tinashe is awesome. Been listening to her music for a while, Superlove was definetely my summer jam, so I am really enjoying her contribution to Slumber Party. And I do like it when the featuring artist is not 'doing too much to the song...'
Pretty Girls featuring Iggy Azalea was horrible enough (even tho the song has been a guilty pleasure in the workroom here.) The collabs on this album are so much better and I agree: Britney looks awesome and so good in shape. She looked gorgeous in the video. Already digging this song (yeah I know it has been out for a while, but I am not so much of an album-listener.)

I'd prefer it if she didn't do so many collabs. Or at least didn't release those collab songs as singles with MVs.

I think the only collab song I liked was "Boys". That's the only time where I thought the featured artist added something to the song.

^ What I like about "Boys feat. Pharell" is that it's a different melody from the original song and that really freshen up the song.

But I'm not complaining about Tinashe, her voice suits Slumber Party perfectly. <3 And I love that they did the MV because I hate when they just re-release the song featuring artists and you know that it's just a marketing opportunity and Britney have no connection with the other singer (like in the remix of "Till the World Ends" with Nicki & Kesha).

I didn't think I'd say that, but every time I listen to Slumber Party now I expect to hear Tinashe's voice. I might have to buy the new version :laugh

Yeah! I think the same way as you! Even tho she's not singing or dancing like the time I was a hardcore fan, I would otally see her concert if she came to Brazil! She is a legend! Just seeing her in front of me would be amazing haha

If she ever comes to Germany again and I have time and can afford it, I will also go for sure. Actually her Onyx Hotel Tour was my very first concert when I as 14. lol I don't think she will ever do something as good as this tour again and I'm not very fond of her latest performances, but since I love her and am biased as hell, I would see her anyway.
