I'm not sure if she still puts them up for general sale or not. Her tickets seem to be bought entirely by lottery (as far as I know).

So right now, you can apply to buy tickets for up to 2 dates (each date has to be different I think) and up to 2 tickets each for each of the dates. The lottery closes on the 10th, and winners will be announced on the 14th.

If you win, you'll automatically be charged the ticket price (if you chose to pay by Credit Card, which is the only option if you don't live in Japan. If you do, they give you a time frame I think where you can go pay for it at a convenience store or whatever) and... That's it! You now have a ticket to go! :D

If not, you won't be charged and you can try again during the next lottery period. :yes
