Most PVs are not shot and/or aired in HD yet, I have seen like...5 HD PVs in J-Pop only so far, so it's very unlikely to be aired in HD, we will get an .avi or .mpeg rip in 720x480 probably

Well I don't usually desire for HD PVs (unless I really like them), but the only thing I want now is to at least watch the PV and hear the song in full, XD
