i am probably the only one that thinks the dress looks awful on her.... it looks as if she was wearing a wrong size, you can see the lines to the armpit making a bump, that does not tell it's a right fit also her boobs are squeezed to the point it looks like she's wearing a sports bra rather than a sexy/elegant dress....it just does nothing to her figure: it mkes her look wider at the waist, and shorter...it's just not a good choice IMO I do like her face tho, so fresh and youthful! They really need to stop puting heavy make-up on her and using way too much photoshop...

yeah, that dress doesn't do her justice, and those shoes have got to go. Otherwise she looks nice.

That dress she's wearing is almost 7,000 dollars, haha. I think Herve Leger just isn't really made for Japanese proportions which is why it kind of looks iffy on Ayu.

Herve Leger dresses are supposed to really hug your curves. Personally, I think she looks best when she doesn't look like a pocky stick. But that's just me. I can't stand a lot of her recent shoots because she looks so skinny. Her body type isn't really my preference.

I do think the dress is too long for her, but the beaded one only comes in that length, and I'm glad she chose it over the shorter ones that are plain and really common.

She's only in LA because she's doing new material at Record Plant, probably. Wish she would record a bit in the Japanese studios, but she probably wanted to hang out with Christophe and such. I mean, she bought her house here so she might as well use it for a month or two out of the year.

That's just what I was going to say. That's the only thing I see "wrong" with this look. Being short and skinny, I have the same issue. Dresses are always too long on me and make me look frumpy, as they are made for people with taller proportions and I don't have any curves to use up the fabric. She should have had it hemmed. That's what I do to mine. Otherwise, to me, she looks AMAZING.

She should have had them make her one, but it probably wasnt THAT big a deal to her. I don't think it makes her look THAT frumpy, but it's going to accentuate if she's a little straighter, because all of his bandage dresses are made to HUG.

Did she already record song in Japan? I thought that she always go abroad to record. Even for her first songs.

It varies, but I think for the last few albums, she records the majority overseas. progress and a few other tracks were probably done in Japan.

I'm not sure if it's just the dress, but she's looking really healthy at the moment.
