I wish he made hard music like this again. And White Eyes and Mind Forest. Nobody makes that kind of rock other than Gackt and Ayu. I'm not into the screamo bands or the girly high pitched voices. Kinda over the Moi dix Mois gothic style stuff too. I just want good hard rock again. From someone.

The first pic on the contact lense page is creepy. I don't know, I think I liked Gackt's looks best during his tenth anniversary year; that dark hair, the bangs...he looked so good. But that may also be because Ghost is the last ANYTHING I bought by him. The new YFC single is alright, but its not mind blowing so I can relate to what Zeke is saying. However I think my favorite song by him is actually Tsuki no Uta followed very closely by U+K, not anything hard rock at all~

I agree with you guys. I'm missing the rock songs which has a touch of pop in them, or ballads. Gackt's ballads are really beautiful. I miss songs like rain, redemption and mind forest.
And yes, Gackt with black hair = 10/10!!

If one of these songs is the one that goes "close your eyes..." then I'm in heaven, one of the new songs in the concert (last one before encore I guess, it was kid of a ballad) was so amazing, I cannot wait :)

Yeah, I remember that song from the concert. I liked that song, plus it was the only song where I could hear Gackt's properly!!

Avex hasn't really been promoting Gackt since he joined... Sigh, Avex can be annoying.

I just realized Gackt's new single will fight with Kumi's 'Love me back', may be interesting :)

I don't think there will be much of a fight.

I don't follow Gackt's sellings but Kuu doing pretty bad recently, beside I don't know who else is releasing on that day.

Not sure about sales, but I get the feeling that they will promote Kumi more. I wouldn't have even known Gackt was releasing a single if it wasn't for the power of AHS!

^same here, I'm actually more aware of YFC's next single that Gackt's 'Graffiti', but I can't find any info about Gackt's sales so I can't even compare their recent releases.

YFC's single is really good, I only heard it ince at the concert but I loved it immediately, one of the songs set in my mind, both melody and chorus lyrics (I just dunno which song it was: all my love or you're the reason :D) cannot wait, previous YFC single really grow on me too :)

Actually, before the concert I wasn't really listening to Gackt for a year or so, so I was kind of unfamiliar with his latest single, I knew Koakuma Heaven or Stay the road alive but I dotally didn't know songs from singles like Episode.0 or Ever or even Flower, not to mention any YFC songs, so I was a bit lost at the concert, I wanted to sing but I didn't know most of the songs and those few I knew have been changed, eg the english version of Mind Forest.

Even though, I loved the concert, not to mention that there were very few people, I was afraid YFC'll feel offended and won't perform but it was the other way round, because there was so little people they seemed try even harder, the concert also seemed much more intense than any dvd I saw.

I really fell with Gackt anew, after the concert I had few songs in my head, which I found boring back then when they were released and now they are my favourite (mostly Flower and Justified). I was very close to the stage, like 3 people in front of me so I got bottle-water-showered several times, mostly by You but twice by Gackt too :p

After Ayu's AT10 concert in Saitama where I was sitting on the far back, I wasn't expecting much so it was shocking experience to be able to maintain eye contact with Gackt, sounds surreal even now XD

I took 3 or 4 photos, not for the sake of photos themselves, rather just to show my friends how close to the stage I was, they're not best quality but I'll post them here later. I hope he'll come back next year, I'm definitely going :)
