It's exciting to see that Checkmate is still selling so well. I'm hoping that by the end of next week she'll have broken the 400k mark.

I hated hated UNUSUAL because I thought the guys voice was so annoying but
now I freaking love the song with all my heart.
And the pv is amazing.

It took me a while to warm up to Unusual. I thought it was just okay when I first heard it, but it was when I saw the PV that I finally fell in love with the song. To me this was one of those songs where seeing the PV really did enhance the song. I think actually seeing Namie and Yamapi singing together was the best.

I thought most of checkmate!'s new songs were kind of boring.
I only loved WONDER WOMAN the minute it started =)

But now I like the new songs, especially UNUSUAL I love Yamapi's parts*-*

UNUSUAL was the first song that I really loved on the whole album. :D Now it's the most played Checkmate song according to last.fm. <3

UNUSUAL is one of my favorites from Checkmate! I love that beginning to death.

When I first heard Checkmate! the album sounded so stupid, but now all I can say is that it's amazing. I love it so much <3

Guess I'm the only one who still hates UNUSUAL. Namie's great in it, and it would be an awesome song if it were just her, but that guy is seriously the worst singer of all time. He sounds like he's constipated. No vocal talent whatsoever and it absolutely trashes the song.

I can understand what you're saying. Honestly, Yamapi doesn't have a very good singing voice. I've listened to some of the songs from his new album and they were autotuned. Autotuning is like a cheat for singing. No one can really hear the true flaws in the artists voice. I don't mind an artist autotuning, but when it is used constantly, then it really makes me question their ability. Despite this, I still like Unusual. I think it's mainly because I like Yamapi. I know, lame excuse, but I think that's how some other fans might be as well.

First time listening to Namie's song as anime theme song!
Fight together sounds good

Fight Together is a nice song. I wonder if Namie will sing it when she is on tour. If she does, then maybe we'll hear a full version.
