BEST ALBUM「Single Collection」3/7 Release They are planning too release it in March. I just hope they will keep releasing after that. I mean why would they change their name in the first place if they are already planning a disband Dx. I don't know It just doens't make any sense to me. I just hope they will survive this bad time somehow... :/ |

You're right! Please, gnd don't disband. As long as there are fans like us all! There is still hope for hem! :3 And besides I remember they wrote something on their blog among this line "Please keep listening to our music this year too". I think it was this sentence: そんな皆さんには、ぜひ2012年の年明けに聴いていただきたい I'm not sure. Maybe someone who can read Japanese can explain it better to us. So this may mean that they're not planning to disband. Atleast that's giving me still some hope! GND never give up! :D |

I may have some good news. Chisa just wrote on their blog that they were recording new songs! :D
So with some luck they will not disband. I mean Ayumi Hamasaki-san, AAA, ELT etc had best albums too and they are still releasing. I hope it's going to be the same for gnd!. :yes |
or maybe just new songs for best album? at this state I bet that avex put anything at this album - if they dont get more attention and sales with it - its dead end

Avex have always had a tendency of putting best of albums out after a 3rd album. (Ayu, Every Little Thing, MAX, dream, BoA)
I wouldn't worry too much about the best of, I'd worry more about their sales. Then again, a lot of other Avex artists have been around a LONG time with poor sales. IE: m.o.v.e and dream (over 10 years each). New album has sort of been disappointing to me. I did love their a-nation performance though on the DVD. I loved the giant pink costumed character in the back doing the entire routing (very impressed as that can't be easy dressed in that). I want a plushie of that character to go with my a-nation Blue Teddy :) |
it's good that their gonna promote the best album with this tour. that means gnd will still be together! :)

Such an ugly cover. I could knock that up in 10 seconds. It's a nice photo behind, but then they plaster the single covers on it as well as massive text. Ugh.
Still buying it, as I'm a huge fan of theirs and having all their PV's on one disc will be nice rather than having to switch between albums and singles. |
