A fan of the smile, but not of the hair

It's not just the smile is how white it is, and the weird thingies around her eyes and the weird hairdo and how she is grabbing her hair all weird. It's all weird! lol Her smile is usually so gorgeous. Like in the birthday pv. This woman is ethereal. But this cover is just...weird. No other word for it.

It's funny though that when someone doesn't use much makeup in a photo she looks weird, funny, uncceptable and creepy, but when she has lots of makeup on she looks beautiful, gorgeous and accetable. I personally love it when people go for a natural look. Makeup only creates illusions of perfection. That's why I find Namie being more beautiful in this new magazine cover than in those where she has heavy makeup on tbh.

Not trying to start and argument tho. Just saying what I feel from these comments here. They're... amusing.

^ I don't know what you're talking about natural look, she is wearing makeup on that picture, and all I can see is the horrendous pink blush on her cheeks, those stones under her eyes and whatever they tried to do with her hair... The main reason I don't like that cover is exactly because it screams unnatural and forced to me (the thing I don't like there is the makeup, not the lack of it).

But if you like it, good for you, it's all a matter of opinion of course.

Oh if we're talking about reasons why that cover is meh, for me it actually is her smile. I'm so used to seeing her look dead and miserable plus that smile looks like she wants to kill you/she's forcing it cuz she needs them checks.

But on another note, I gave _genic one listen maybe a week after it came out and it did nothing for me at all. I wanna give it another try but it feels like a chore.
