I'm happily surprised with the sound of "On And On", so far! I thought it was going to be more of an upbeat song (don't ask me why :P) but considering the fact that it's for a winter-themed album, it sounds just right for the season & I can't wait to hear more. :) :heart

Wanderin' Destiny sounds great!! The talking in english parts are so kuu! Great choice for her to cover.
On and On sounds cool! I like it better than what I've heard of NO ME WITHOUT YOU. Kuu's overall vocals in that digest of THE ARTIST were a bit weak. I know she still has those powerhouse vocals. Wish I could hear more of it. This past year or so she's been sounding tired/strained. That last Ai no Uta performance (forgot what was the program she performed on) was pretty good though. |
What happened to that dancer Kuu stole from beni, minami is her name I think. So sad she wasn't on the artist tour.

First week sales WOML Tour DVD/Blu-Ray
DVD #2 13.175 Blu-Ray #6 3.822 Total so far: 16.997 Sales are alright, on par with BV Tour. Just a bit sad she didn't get weekly #1. Yazawa Eikichi on #1 isn't that far away. |
A pitty it wasn't a #1 DVD, indeed :( It deserved better sales than BV Tour tbh

Bon Voyage Tour did really well chart wise, it charted for 7 weeks and sold 23.5k in total (even though it was just #3 weekly in its first week).
If WOML Tour can do similar, I'm more than happy. But it'll probably do a bit waeker. |
Sales are good, hopefully she can chart a couple more weeks and get closer to the sales of the last tour.
btw, she's #2 on the DVD+BD music combined ranking as well :) |

Getting #2 on the chart is really good in my opinion. Of course, a #1 would have been more awesome result but I'm glad she got into top 3. Maybe her next concert release does better then. <3
And yes to that rip of the DVD or Blu Ray. I really want to see this concert along with all the other ones starting from Premium Night ~Love & Songs~. Yes, I know I'm late but in the past couple of years I have been unable to concentrate on these so I have only collected them but I never watched them. Not that it really bothers me. Now I can get a overdose of Kuu amazeness by having a concert marathon, lol. *____* |

The first verse was really tricky. It's hard to translate, but I guess she means, she's standing there, hiding nothing, coming so far, but still have so much to learn. Something like that. |
It sounds like kumi might be talking about her current state in the music industry. But that's just me making things up.:P:P

--- You guys, after the news from The Artist, and what I'm about to announce was supposed to be "released" at the same day of Kumi's debut, but I'm so busy lately that I'm still finish this project. And since I know you guys were interested on this idea, I decided to ask a little help so we can have the most complete database for Kumi: I talked to you guys a couple of months ago about doing a website like Ayu's Eneabba Seasons, with screenshot of her performances / music videos / concerts, and some more information. Since the idea was kinda good, I decided to expand this and make a whole database about her, with information about her albuns, singles, anyway...
