Kaela Kimura is a J-Pop/Rock artiste who debuted in 2004 (I think?). She's quite famous in Japan. She's the one who got Perfume famous because she played Chocolate Disco on her radio show as she find the song and PV really good. That was one of the reasons why Perfume suddenly got so famous during Polyrhythm.
