I just downloaded it, but I have to leave in about half an hour, so I'll listen to it when I come back. So many negative comments....:no.

....this album is basically a 3 sided single: BUMP BUMP/Mamoritai/Possibility. All the other tracks are garbage. There isn't a good, catchy medley in the whole lot....and I'm an easy sucker for ballads too. None of her album ballads interest me in the least. Won't count the interludes because they aren't even music. All tracks 0/10. BUMP BUMP 8.5/10. Mamoritai 9.5/10. Possibility 10/10.

Total score out of 110 possibile: 28/110. There isn't a doubt in my mind that she won't even place top 3.

I might eventually recondsider the rating once some of the tracks (if any) grow on me later on.

i heard the whole album a bit earlier. sadly, i don't like it as much as THE FACE. the only song i truly love is possibility, and the other songs that i just like are EASY, LAZER, neko love, and fallin'. i also love BUMP BUMP! as well, but overall, it's not an amazing album or anything. :( i wonder how long it'll take before her next japanese single, lol.

I know BoA can do amazing Japanese stuff.....and she has...the whole Eien single was wonderful....BUMP BUMP! though sub par compared to Eien was still pretty solid. Mamoritai ~White Wishes~ confirmed that she is still a good artist with great songs. (though what the hell was THE END huh? yuck). Then she goes and "produces" an album to make me hate her music x_x. I dunno....maybe she should leave the market for a while....and not do some retarded pointless side job like that "US debut" nu uh...she can try Korea again. They've been waiting for her for much too long.................

The funny thing is, I thought:

Eien was the only decent song on that single.

BUMP BUMP! was the best single from IDENTITY.

THE END is in my top 5 songs now (along with People Say from the Korean Everlasting single).

I think Mamoritai was a very subpar song, I listened to it twice and did not enjoy it either time.

So this just shows that everyone has their preferences, and BoA has done well in meeting everyone's needs. It hardly shows how good/bad she has become. :D

I wonder how this week will turn out....it's obvious that she won't be taking #1....Kumi and Kaela may be done with their battle...but they will probably still be charting for a while...so maybe they'll be 2 and 3.....that leaves BoA at #4 maybe...

This Is Who I Am Very : I love the opening.Strings are really nice to hear. The song is refreshing and not bad. 3/5
EASY: Am I the only one who thinks this sound is madly unique? HAHAH. Dont like her vocals but music-wise, it's really good. 3.5/5

definitely not her best. Something about her vocals in the album tracks irk me quite a bit because they're quite empty...and the repitition doesnt help, in fact, it makes the songs more draggy and repeatedly unmoving. Yes, BoA has matured. And because of this, I can only accept what she has given and not dwell on to the past.

I think Eien+Possibility = best songs in this current BoA era.

Mhmmm .... i really like this Album ... Very catchy ... I love her new Songs ... LAZER, FALLIN' are great!

My favorites from the album are (in the tracklist order), EASY, BUMP BUMP feat. Verbal(m-flo), LAZER, mamoritai ~White Wishes~, nekorabu and Possibility duet with miura.

I didn't like the others much/at all. =\

The interludes are unneccesary (like in namie's SWEET 19 BLUES).

...I don't have a mood to write my review, really. I still think that nothing can be worse than THE FACE. :P This Is Who I Am is one of the best songs in all her career. Album sounds very... hmm... simple. That's even good, but I don't think that it'll help to sell many copies.


I just have one wish. Since 2007.
