I loved her hair in that JiJi Press video during the performance part. It reminded me of Second session/Black Cherry era. She looks so gorgeus with long hair. <3

Kuu confirmed in a magazine last year that she's never had plastic surgery or anything of that kind, despite what people have said.
How long was Namie on hiatus for when she had her child? A lot of people are predicting Kuu to come back late 2012/ early 2013, but I think that's a bit optimistic. She might come back and do something small like a single or something, but she will have had her baby then, and will be looking after it full time I imagine? I mean, I'm no baby expert, but I would have thought the first 1-2 years are important to have the baby with you all times? |
^ It's quite popular now for mothers to have their children and carry on with their careers almost immediately. Examples being Myleene Klass, Danni Minogue and Madonna. But I guess it all depends on what people want for themselves, their career and for their family. :) Koda really does love her job, but she seems so enthusiastic about making her own family too. I guess right now she doesn't even know and will be thinking hard about the decisions ahead after the birth.

You're very right. I can imagine if Kuu had a less hectic schedule than she does now, keep singing but slow it down a bit, then she would have time to work and also be with her baby. But like you said it's upto her what she wants to do. :) I can see Kuu being quite an attached mother, actually. I could see her taking a longer hiatus to be with her child. :) Haha aww, each time I think of what Kuu with her baby, I squee a little inside, it's going to be adorable. :3 |
Kuu won't retire, lol. Avex would kidnap her baby before they let her.

She's given us all so much already (10 years! :O) that I hope she takes as much time off as she wants and doesn't feel pressured to come back too soon. She deserves it. :yes |
