The whole teeth issue, I think her bottom teeth are behind her top teeth and that's why it looks so weird cause they look like they're all together.

I posted the dimensions a while back. I'll try googling again and see what I come up with.

EDIT: B2 = 500 × 707mm and for those using the old Imperial System: 19.7 x 27.8 inches.
