i've already played the "RESCUE" preview too much. xD;; so, i'll just keep playing "ONE DROP" til the leak comes about. but it's very, very good. and a nice directional change too!

J-One Records is the name of the sublabel, or what exactly?

J-One records is a sub division label within JStorm . J-One belongs to KT only

JStorm was established 7 years ago for ARASHI when they made the switch from Pony Canon & since then , Hey ! Say ! JUMP & TOKIO came onboard

TOKIO came onboard JStorm from Universal just last year

J-One Records was a debut gift for KAT-TUN made specifically for them, if i'm not mistaken. :)

"RESCUE" is supposedly going to be broadcasted on January 27th, so expect a radio rip soon! :D TSUYAKA

i really like the new KAT-TUN logo on Johnny's Net. it looks nice.

...& yeah, i think NEWS' have had all their singles go to #1. i think their albums have as well, but i'm not so sure about "touch" since i wasn't a fan yet to witness it. but "pacific" and "color" have, for sure.

that's what happens when you were forced to wait for 5 years before finally debuting , I think that somewhat what Johnny wanted to do to 'comfort' them - by giving them their own record label :laugh

if someone were to ask me to describe NEWS's music it's difficult man

it's easier for KT's case , rock with rap , r&b , soul & jazz thrown in for good measure

Now that you mention it, NEWS' music is pretty hard to describe or define.

They've tried so many different types of music.

That Cinderella song = dance.

Sayaendou = Carribean style

weeek = urban style.

Their songs have covered quite a lot of different genres.

While it's good for NEWS to try out different music styles , they don't have a niche area , music wise

it's different for KT's case . Somemore when you got Akame , JOKER & Nakamaru's beatboxing onboard , these 3 factors , it's enough to stand out from the masses

Maybe NEWS should be like Kinki Kids, and stick to mainly pop songs. ^^
